The villa consist out of 1400 mtr2 area and is totally surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. The house has an electric gate with remote-control. This remote-control works also for opening the garage and outside-lightning.
The villa is approximately 20 years old and has been completely renovated 8 years ago. Our villa, was built in provence-style, consist out of a kitchen (with electric equipment), a living- and dining room, 1 master bedroom en 3 bedrooms (some with air conditioning) with 2 bathrooms, a great adjacent terrace and a fantastic situated swimming pool.
The pool with overflow direction to the sea gives a spectacular view over the bay of Theoule sur Mer, the islands of Cannes and the whole coastline of Golf Juan until Antibes. At the swimming pool is a terrace with pool house and an outdoor kitchen. The pool has also an in-and outside shower and a toilet. The pool has been build 5 years ago.

The villa is located in a fantastic surrounding. On one side the beautiful Esterel-mountains where you have nice walking-area's and on the other side the magnificent view over the bay of Theoule sur Mer, Mandelieu, Cannes untill Antibes. Theoule sur Mer is a peaceful location in a residential area with bakeries, food shops, a market once a week and many resataurants. From the villa is a 5 min drive to the nice village of Theoule sur Mer and the beaches. You can also drive in 15 min to Cannes where you can find everything including shopping, restaurants, entertainment, night live and beach life. You will find a big supermarche in 10 min driving. Theoule has it's own harbour, Port La Raque There are 2 well known golf courses just 5 min away and there is a tennis court nearby.
