We have enjoyed a peaceful and restuful vacation in your very comfortable home. Sure loved all the pictures, beautiful rugs and decor from other countries. Your kitchen was well stocked with most everything we needed. We had some excellent steaks cooked on the BBQ. Also enjoyed the hot tub. Three deer came out right by the deck the firs night and we have continued to see them every evening...Thank you for sharing warm and comfortable home with us. Hope we can come back soon.

This was our first vacation in your home. It has been ten years since our last visit to Sunriver. Your home is perfect for our family--we had a great time! It was fun to fill the bird bath every day with water. We saw many birds, squirrels, and deer drink from it. Thank you for sharing your home. We have some great memories to carry with us always. We'll be back next summer!

Your home was perfect! We came to Sunriver late Thursday night from Boise, ID. Heather and Carlie were here for the Pacific Crest half marathon! It was our first big run of our lives. We trained for 5 months and Jon was our support. Just past mile one we ran past the house and there he was sitting in a patio chair (he pulled out front) cheering for us. Heather and Carlie had not ever run before and wanted to do something they' ve never done before and we did. Your home was cozy, comfortable and the PERFECT location!! We greatly appreciate your generosity and thank you for letting us have this amazing experience while staying in your home.

Back at Butternut! Our second stay at this wonderful vacation home in the past year. Have created lasting memories each time. On this trip our children went horseback riding at the Sunriver stables. Great time, Great place!

So far I have enjoyed every moment I've spent here. I love the quietness of the town and how nice all the people are. Definitely a gorgeous area and one of the best mountains I've ever ridden! The house is so warm and cozy!

What an awesome and relaxing 3 days and 4 nights...I have been here many times over the past 20 years, and this is by far one of my favorite houses. Definitely a nice break from the Corvallis lifestlye (Go Beavs!). Hopefully we will be back soon, and thank you for the use of your great house!

We had our wedding here & it was beautifull. Our friends and family loved the house & so did we. The spa was amazing & the beds were so cozy. We loved sitting infront of the fire place. Our son enjoyed exploring and playing hide & seek. The kitchen was absolutely fab &my mother loved it! We completely enjoyed our stay & would love to come back and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. We brought so many items that we never had to use since you have your place so well-equipped. The local pool was great! The hot tub was a nice treat for the kids, especially when the train flew by! We we excited to see raccoons and chipmunks and are stunned at the brave and trusting deer that come so close to the houses :) Thank-you for a fantastic Sunriver stay at #4 Butternut. We would not only love to stay here again but will recommend it to others as well. Your artifacts & pictures make it so cozy! Thanks again.

What a warm cozy home! Really enjoyed your tapestry, art and family photos. I'm sure lots of interesting adventures go with each and as educators we always enjoy the mystery behind each. We had a wonderful time, although too short...will be sure to recommend to friends.

Thank you so much for making your lovely home available for others to experience. We had a relaxing wonderful time. We have stayed in several vacation homes before here in Sunriver. This was the best of all. While here we were visited by raven and coyote, as well as mule deer. Biking, hiking, dining, relaxing--it's all here with your lovely home a perfect place to start from. Anastasia the Pug thanks you for maintaining a pet friendly policy! Also liked the pictures of a past and future president!

Wonderful weather--midsummer relaxation. Your photos generated much discussion and speculation. A small herd of deer tore through the yard at dusk. Barbecue, books and biking--doesn't get much better!

We gathered here with friends and spent a wonderful weekend biking, relaxing in the hot tub, barbecuing, sitting by the fire. I'm still amazed by how calm and velvet-lovely the deer are, and how close they let you stand. Sleeping in the loft was wonderful--gazing up at the million swirl of stars. I love this place and would love to come back someday! Many hapy times in store for the others who have the great luck to end up here.

This is an absolutely wonderful and comfortable vacation house. The deck, hot tub, barbecue and great back yard were so nice. You must fish Fall River when you visit. I will tell everyone about this lovely home.

Thanks for sharing your home--we were quite comfortable! Your kitchen is among the best--actually it is the best furnished of many time shares and rentals we've stayed in for many years. We had a super time in your home. It was very comfortable for two brothers, their wives, two sons, and a dog for each family. We'd like to know more about your interesting artifacts and furnishings from around the world. We saw deer, chipmunks and squirrels daily. The sights and hikes nearby are terriffic!
