  Let me start off by saying this home was beautiful. It was furnished and decorated beyond show home quality. We were all impressed beyond our wildest dreams. When we saw this home online we were pretty excited. We contacted the owner who responded to us immediately and in person. She quoted us a rate that was simply reasonable and affordable. We jumped at the chance. However, as our reservation date drew nearer I thought this was too easy, too beautiful and too good to be true. I was holding my breath a little. When we opened the door I squealed like a school girl. The home was beautiful beyond belief. Fit for a princess. This home was immaculate. This was a dream vacation beyond what words can describe. Boy we had fun. It is difficult to write this review because we would like to keep it all to ourselves but we owe it to our wonderful hostess/owner to share this wonderful treasurer. Our memories and thanks to her.

  This home is just beautiful and immaculate...very luxurious and Gail is wonderful to work with. She goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and that your reasonable needs are met..she is delightful. Because of Gail and her wonderful home, we had one of our most memorable vacations. Don't hesitate on this one! We highly recommend this home! ....and...I read the nasty review....these young people need to learn a little respect--I just cannot imagine that they are being truthful...especially after meeting Gail and staying in her home!

  We made arrangements for our out of state guests to stay in Gails lovely home. They loved it. It is beatifully furnished and tastefully decorated with all the amenities. Both front and back yards are nicely done, they especially appreciated the pool and the views from the back yard. There was plenty of room for their boat in the garage along with their truck. The house was very clean and the beds and bedding were comphy . I would reccomend this rental to all my friends and relitives. "THANKS GAIL!!

  Upon arrival to the house there was trash under the bed, the pool was very dirty and A lot of the lights did not work there were broken shelves and the tub had no water pressure and on her web page u are made to believe there are two full bathrooms when in reality there is only one shower for three rooms and a bathroom with a tub. While we were there she showed up and made everyone feel very uneasy. Upon leaving the house we cleaned the whole house with cleaning products in a cabinet that was unlocked even after paying a cleaning deposit. I received a phone call from here telling me I would not get my security deposit back due to using the cleaning products and she accused me of stealing them and accused us of broken furniture .when I asked for proof she said she had no receipt and had thrown the item away. She then made threats to me about contacting my military superiors and was very disrespectful to me as a marine and to the Marine Corps in all. U should not rent from this lady there are much better rentals in Lake Havasu for the price.

  Owner response: These people have been put on a black list for renting anything in Lake Havasu. I have never had anyone trash my home like they did. Please read on to the other reviews.......gail

  Beautiful home in a great location overlooking the Golf course. The home's decor was gorgeous, looked professionally done. The large RV garage gave us plenty of room to park our large boat and truck indoors which was great. The pool, gazebo and grill made a great place to hang out outdoors - we almost didn't want leave to go out on the lake! A very comfortable house with all the amenities you could wish for. The owner was very very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again and already recommended it to all of our friends.

  Home is beautifully decorated and is a clean, large, very comfortable house. We were lucky - August had a low of 74 degrees at night (amazing), so we were able to sit outside in the evenings & early morning and enjoy the nice backyard! Gail is wonderful to work with and we will definately stay here again. Thank you Gayle!

  Very nice house. I can't wait to stay there again. The pool and yaed were wonderful. The golf course is so nice to have out the back door. Everyone needs to give this house a stay..........
