  We recently spent 4 nights in Carlton and stayed here at the Winery Lofts, #6. It was a perfect location to tour wine country and to go into Portland one day.The loft was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The town of Carlton is small and quaint with many tasting rooms. It just so happened they were having the Carlton Crush Festival while we were there. Lots of fun watching teams crush grapes barefoot in oak barrels, had wine tasting and good food. We went on the equestrian wine tour one afternoon and it was great. Ate a very good Italian restaurant in McMinnville called Nicks. For a local hangout if you need something besides wine, we went down the street to the Pied Piper. Locals all hang out here and are friendly and helpful. When we come back to Oregon, I would definetly stay here again.

  My wife and I have just returned home from our trip to Oregon and participation in the Wine Country 1/2 Marathon. This property was recommended to us by another local property owner and all that needs to be said is, "WOW!" This property was perfect in so many ways. In addition to the appearance (which is obvious from the pictures), the location was extremely convenient to our wine country tours and, maybe best for us, the 1/2 marathon finishline. The Winery Lofts and the Town of Carlton are some of those hidden treasures you always hope to find when traveling. I've only been gone a few days, but would love to go back soon and often and be able to stay longer.

  My husband and I recently stayed at The Carlton Lofts and loved it. Everything was perfect from making the reservations, checking in accomodations and convenience. The Lofts are located in the heart of Carlton which is perfect. The space was quiet, comfortable, had everything we needed and was very clean. We'd stay there again in a heart beat.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  My wife and I spent a wonderful week in Winery Loft #6. The decor and finishing touches are all top notch. Carlton is a great little town from which to explore the wonders of the Willamette Valley. Several wine tasting rooms within steps of the Winery Lofts. We were privileged to check out all of the lofts and they are all very unique and very nice. Loft #6 has the full kitchen which we always enjoy having. The staff is very nice and helpful. I'd strongly recommend staying in ANY of these lofts if in the Willamette Valley

  My husband and I recently spent two nights at the loft to have a little vacation time. The first impression is that the loft is just beautiful. It was also so well organized and had great amenities. There are snacks and drinks in the kitchen, which was nice after a long day. It is also in a great location, right on Main Street next to shops and restaurants. We were able to get anything we needed easily, as well as drive to many local attractions within minutes. We had a great time. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to wine country!
