Newpark Resort in Park City, Utah is a luxurious new townhome development located in Kimball Junction adjacent to shops, movie theaters, a bowling alley, and great restaurants.

Newpark Unit #40 (Newpark40) is one of the largest units in Newpark Resort with all the top upgrades and amenities. In addition, Newpark40 comes with Newpark Resort Pool Access. This rare upgrade allows guests full access to the Pool and Fitness facility within the neighboring Newpark Resort Hotel - with lap pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and exercise machines. The path outside the panoramic glass family-room door leads to cross country skiing in the winter, and biking, hiking, or walking the rest of the year. Stroll down to Maxwell's for dinner and an outdoor concert in the summer, or visit the Swaner Eco Center (heralded as the greenest building in Utah!) to learn about the local wildlife. Unit 40 overlooks the 1200-acre (485-hectare) Swaner Nature Reserve where a variety of wildlife can be seen year-round including cranes and snow foxes. Newpark40 sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with 1 King Bed in the Master Suite, 2 queen beds in the second suite (a queen-on-queen bunk bed), 1 Queen Sofa Bed & 2 Twin Bed/Trundle. As an end unit, Newpark40 is not only larger than the majority of Newpark townhomes, it's wider and brighter than the rest with windows and views from every room. Each upstairs bedroom has its own flat-screen TV, while the open family room has a flat-screen TV plus DVD player above the cozy fireplace. As an added bonus, Newpark40 offers free wifi throughout!!

Perfect vacation home with great customer service!
If you are looking for a great vacation home, this is it. Perfect layout, kitchen was exceptional that had everything. A fireplace, big bedrooms, 3 baths, garage and most importantly, a jacuzzi on the deck! We wanted to move in! Walking distance to everything; Best Buy, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Maxwell's and Cafe Rio! A big shout out to property manager Chris Eggleton. The Newpark staff was awesome and was there for all of our needs. We will definitley stay here again and request this unit. Thanks Newpark staff and Chris Eggleton!

We recently stayed at this location and couldn't have been happier! We had stayed at Newpark Resprt before so knew what to expect with the location and attractions, but we had never rented from this owner. However, it was a great experience and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Peter was great with communication throughout the entire process. He returned all emails and calls quickly and ensured a hassle free transaction. The townhouse was clean, well kept and exactly as described. We stayed with our two children and mother-in-law and this was perfect for all of them. There was plenty of room; much better than staying at a hotel. As part of the package, we had access to the Newpark pool, which was great! The townhouse also included wifi, which was a big plus. In addition to Peter doing a great job, the staff at Newpark were great as well and gave us all the necessary information and help we needed. This townhouse is close to many restaurants and other attractions, and we primarily stayed here for the access to the three nearby ski resorts. The location was very convenient for all the activities we planned to do. All in all a great experinece! This rental property is highly recommended!
