  Sorry this has taken so long! Our stay at your gorgeous spacious house was everything we needed and more! Our family was very sad to leave as you made our stay feel like a home away from home. I have already told many people about the option of renting a home, (especially after a busy day at the parks) and how nice it is to have your own space and relax! You be seeing us again in the future for sure. The only complaint I would have is I wish this house could be duplicated and sent to other future destinations for our family to enjoy!!! The Ryan's

  We really did enjoy the house and especially the pool. Of course the four kids were either in the pool or the game room when we came back to the house. After all those exhausting, sunburnt days at Disney, beaches and parks, that pool washed off and relieved our aching bodies and feet. This was my second trip back to Orlando after 20 years. I enjoyed it more than the last time at the hotel. We were glad to see the house looked exactly as the pictures, clean and comfortable. Even though we did not spend much time during the days at the house, it was just a lot better of an experience coming back to a house than sepatated hotel rooms. The whole family gathered either in the pool or in the main room, recounting the great time we had at the parks during the day. We spent quality time together for our everyday lives are hundreds of miles apart, in 3 different states. A great house, a great experience and a great vacation.   We were fortunate to stay in this beautiful property for 10 days. It was everything as advertised and more. The location was perfect for getting to all the parks and Celebration a nearby town has fantastic restaurants and the best Pizza you can get outside of New York! I would highly recommend this home and wouldn't hesitate to rent it again. The owner was very helpful and extremely conscientious in handling all my inquiries. I almost hate to give it a glowing review because next yr when I want to rent it again it will probably be booked. Thanks Karen for providing such a lovely home. Dot

  We really enjoyed our stay! The house was as pictured on the site – clean and comfortable. We had a total of 8 people stay and it was more than enough room. We also noticed that there were air beds and a portable baby crib if needed (and of course a couch). We made good use of the washer and dryer and the kids enjoyed the pool and the game room. We had no complaints! If we get the chance to go to Orlando again we will give you a call! Thanks - Joe and Hiedi

  I would like to say our stay was memorable. Both families had plenty of room, and it was great coming home to a place that felt like home. After a long day at Disney World, the kids were able to unwind with either games, TV or in the pool; while the parents took a load off and relaxed. The bathrooms were also a big plus, with plenty of space for everyone to get ready for the day or to get ready for bed. We will definitely consider using this home again for our next Disney Vacation.   I would definitely recommend Simbas Sanctuary to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The house was very clean and in a great location. It was very convenient getting to and from Disney World. The decor was so beautiful - the kids especially loved the Disney themed bedrooms. On our next trip to Disney World I would definitely rent this house again! Thank you

  We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home. The furnishing are first class and as described on the website. The home is in a good location for going to Disney and the clubhouse with pool right across the street is like having a second play station.   My family rented this home July 21-25th. This was our first time renting a home and the experience was far better than I imagined. The home was decorated beautifully. Each room had such character (literally in the children's rooms). The house was very clean and in a centrally located area. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We will definitely do it again. Thanks Karen for making our vacation even more memorable.

  My family really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The home is very clean and well cared for. The decoration is nice and cozy - everything is exactly as the pictures have shown. My family made use of all the amenities the villa offered - the pool, TV and games, washer/dryer and internet, etc. It is truly our "home away from home". We've vacationed in Orlando area many times before and have stayed in hotels and time shares, but everyone agrees that staying in villas (especially a nice one, like this) is the best way to relax and enjoy. There is plenty of space for everyone and plenty of entertainment in the villa itself after a long day at the park with the pool, TV and internet. We also had a hassle free and pleasant experience with the owner. We will definitely come back again for our next Orlando trip. Thanks, Quinton
