The lake is great for swimming, boating, and fishing. The beach is a sandy bottom and very child safe.
You can walk to town for shopping, restaurants, and more. Plenty of parking on the property.

Like the other reviewer we stayed at this house for a wedding (Church Landing at Mill Falls). We stayed in "Amy" along with our 2 kids, a babysitter, and a friend who was also up for the wedding. It was perfect for what we needed and was nice and quiet, but still only 1.5 miles from the wedding events. The house is fully equipped with basic items, but not "luxurious" (which we didn't want).Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We had a wedding in the area and as college students we were on a tighter budget than many of the other guests. 10 of us stayed in "Sean", one of the lake houses that they own for a very reasonable price. There was plenty of space, the house was very clean, and we were very close to the town of Meredith. The view of the lake was incredible and we had an overall wonderful experience staying here. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers.
