  We had a really great time. The house is very roomy and the layout is great. Having the pool just a few steps away was a big plus, [many times our family was the only people in it]. The beach is only a five minute drive away. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and we could relax downstairs and not hear a sound from them.The beds were very comfortable and we all look forward to staying there again.   What a great house! We were very impressed with the size and quality of the home. The furnishings were beautiful and the layout of the house was perfect for my wife, myself and three teenage girls. The upstairs game room is awesome! The kitchen was gigantic and richly appointed. The rear deck, grill and patio furniture were top notch. Another really nice feature was the community pool being located right behind the house. It was like having your own personal inground pool in the back yard. Nice flat screen TV, wifi and sound system. Very quiet neighborhood and only 3 minute drive to the beach. Once you leave the development you can go left or right and arrive at the beach. This allows you to avoid the traffic on Garfield Pkwy. (Rt 26) during peak times. Huge master suite with jacuzzi tub. Great place.

  This is our second year to stay here. The house is large and beautiful with all the comforts of home. Love having the master bedroom on the main level and having a second rec room/living space on the second floor with pool table and TV. Beach is easy to access with a short drive. Community pool close. Outside deck and table perfect for steamed crabs or grilling. Huge kitchen. Owner very responsive to suggestions. Would highly recommend.

  My family and I just came back from a fantastic trip to Bethany Beach. We were all stunned by how awesome the house was. The pictures just don't do it justice. We had 3 families there 11ppl total including 5 kids. The location was great, beach 5mins away and community pool right in the back yard. Though it was a community pool it sure felt like it was a private pool. From 8am to noon you had the pool to yourself. The renter made things very easy and painless. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because there were a couple of small appliances we didn't know how to use or didn't work. Honestly I would give this rental property 4.5 stars.   I just wanted to write and thank you for allowing us to rent your home. We had a wonderful time and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the house was - not at all like a rental. We would definitely love to return in the future.

  We were pleasantly surprised by this wonderful vacation home. It was spacious and immaculate. We would love to return in the future and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time.

  This family has been renting close to Bethany Beach for years, and commented on the huge space and most importantly how clean and well kept the house is.
