  I just returned from Aruba yesterday and was very pleased with this property! It is very roomy and has a wonderful patio to sit on that is wider than other units that are not end units. The location is amazing and the grounds are beautiful! We loved having so many pools to choose from and pretty much had the place to ourselves every day. The huts across the street were basically always available and the beach was never crowded. We had an infant and a 3 year old with us and the water was a little choppy and the sand blew in our faces so they didn't like the beach as much but we went to a few other beaches on the island that were more calm and they loved that. It was really nice sitting on the beach watching the sunset and then just walking back over to the condo. We spent some time in the high rise just for meals and were definitely glad to go back to the low rise with fewer crowds and less congestion. The condo was very clean and well stocked - had everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. Ted and Marilyn responded immediately to any questions I had and were wonderful to work with - they made our stay a great one - thanks!

  Well, I'm not really good with writing reviews or providing feedback, however, this time i've made an exception. Ted and Marilyn are great to deal with. everything has been handeled via e-mail, they've promptely addressed all the questions and inquirires in timely fashion. Their property is in great condition and located right across the "street" from amazing Eagle Beach. The condo has everything you need for home-away-from-home type of a vacation. There were 2 adults and 2 kids in my party and we all loved it. The complex itself (i.e. Ocenaia) is great. It has pools and tennis courts, gym and sauna. Overall, we had a great stay and we will definitely recommend this place and the owners to our friends and family and to those of you guys who want to explore the country and stay at the affordable, yet, great place with easy access to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, hospital and local attractions.   Great home away from home. The owners are wonderful and easy to work with. The condo is beautiful and well kept. Everything you need for your stay they have thought of and have it available for you. The condo is located just steps from the beach and a great place to view the sunset. Ted and Marilyn can count on us coming back.

  We all just loved our stay in Aruba at Ted and Marilyn's condo. The condo was fully equipped to meet all of our needs. Ted and Marilyn thought of everything for their guests. With the beach towels, chairs, plastic wine glasses, and collapsible coolerthat they provided, we were fully prepared for our day on the beach. The condo was just immaculate, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and even larger than it appeared in the pictures. Ted and Marilyn were very helpful in providing useful information and answering all of our questions. Their property manager Judy was just as helpful. We did rent a car for the week which enabled us to see more of the island and eat at some restaurants that were off the beaten path. The best of the week included: Flying Fishbone, Madam Jannette's, and El Goucho. Christmas mass (in English) as recommended by Ted and Marilyn at St. Anna Church was just what we were hoping for. Again, a huge thank you to Ted and Marilyn for allowing us to rent their beautiful condo and for all of the personal touches that made our stay that much more enjoyable. We cannot wait to return and stay here again!

  We celebrated our daughter's wedding and the condo was a great place to get together with family members. The ocean view was awesome and very relaxing. The staff and security were very friendly and we all felt very secure. The beach was a dream come true and all beach accessories were provided by the owners. I give it two thumbs up and will definitely revisit in the future.

  This was our second visit to Aruba and once again we fell in love with the island. The Oceania Apartments exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for the ideal retreat to relax and unwind. The apartment was spacious and clean with beautiful grounds and stunning views overlooking Eagle beach. The location is perfect for exploring the island and there is an amazing restaurant, Passions which is within walking distance. We found the restaurants Mirandi and Barefoot were also good for fine dining. If you enjoy snorkelling, Baby beach is well worth a visit. Can’t wait to plan our next trip to Aruba!

  It is a very nice condo. The view to the right is nice-pretty views of the complex and Eagle Beach beyond. The left view is of a construction site, but it can be over looked since since the rest is so lovely. Lots of space in the kitchen and living area. The complex is super-very well kept. It feels very safe as well. The pools are great and clean. The walk to Eagle Beach takes just a couple of minutes and is really easy even with chairs and beach bags. We walked to both Passions and Mangos for dinners, but the 5 minute drive to Madame Jeanette is worth it. It was a delicious dinner! There are lots of grocery stores close by as well. Ling and Sons was our favorite. Communicating with the owners was easy and they responded promptly each time.

The panoramic view from the condo of Eagle Beach along the coastline to eventually the town and harbour of Oranjestad is lovely. Nobody worries about the plot to the left as there has been little or no meaningful activity there since Oceania was completed in 2007 and it does not affect the splendid view as you mentioned. We are pleased you liked the choice of restaurants nearby as there are so many to chose from and also found that the supermarkets were conveniently close by.   Ted & Marilyn, We had another incredible stay at your condo. We tried the Swiss Chalet this trip and weren't dissappointed. What an incredible location and you both are great at answering all of our silly questions! We would recommend your condo to anyone that wants a true relaxing island vacation. We will be back!
