  This home was a perfect location for my wife, two young boys, and myself. We truly felt like we were staying in a friend's home, not a rental unit. The owners really care about the place. The decor is great -- reality is much better than the photos. The owners also address so many great details to ensure a great stay -- quality mattresses, sheets, towels, kitchen utensils/appliances, beach supplies, etc. Highly recommend.

  I love this house. It is charming, clean, and has great decor! It's in a wonderful location right near a lovely park and the conservancy. I stayed there with my toddler son and mother, and it was perfect. There were even toys and a bike for my 3 1/3 year old. I can't say enough good things about it!

  Just returned from our first time at Bald Head Island. This property was everything we had hoped for. The owners were very wonderful to deal with. They were very helpful in getting us ready to come. The house and furnishings were beautiful. The pictures are very accurate as to how well maintained the home is. We would definitely recommend this house and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Wanted to mention that the views are great and it is very private.

  Having been to Bald Head Island several times before, I was a little surprised at the relatively low cost of this rental compared to some others. When we arrived, however, we were THOROUGHLY impressed with this home. It is ideal for a smaller family (2 adults and 1-2 children). It is in immaculate condition and extremely well located relative to the Cape Fear Station area. The owners were extremely easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions and requests. You simply cannot go wrong with this rental. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this one to anyone going to Bald Head!!!

  Great home - glad we found you on VRBO! Perfect location and perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the Shoals Club as well as our evening golf cart rides. Thanks for the check-in document as well - it was very helpful in figuring out what to pack. We hope to be back next year!

  We came to Bald Head for our 25th wedding anniversary and couldn't have picked a nicer home. We were so very pleased with the home, its location, the cleanliness and all of the charm. The owners were wonderful to deal with, very prompt in any responses and even provided us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate our annivesary. We plan on coming back in September with our grandchildren!

  My family stayed at the Schlosser's home over our spring break and we could not be more impressed with the home. The home was better than described, truly well kept, clean, modern, tastefully decorated and most importantly very comfortable. We were so thrilled when we got off the tram and opened the front door. From that point on, the rest of our stay was perfect. The location was great, the kids could ride their bikes to the beach while my husband and I enjoyed relaxing on the porch. We also really enjoyed the Shoals Club as well. Having the access to the private marsh deck was a real treat as well. I would recommend the home to any family looking for a superior place to stay. We will be back again next year!

  The property was nicer than described by photos. It is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I can't thing of one thing that we were in need of and couldn't find in this house. They have everything available in the kitchen. The furniture and accessories throughout the home are immaculate. My family will deifinitely make plans to return as soon as possible.

  We came here for a "winter week" getaway and had such a wonderful time! The home is immaculate and definitely more than we ever would expect in a rental. The owners were great to deal with - very responsive and able to answer any questions we had. The 2 golf carts also came in handy! Having Brandy on the island was great as well - she took good care of us!! We will definitely be back and will recomnend to our friends who visit BHI as well.

  This was a beautiful, pristine home, with lovely decorations. Amenities included 2 golf carts, bicycles, and a large porch for dinners at night. Its close proximity to the beach, grocery store, and Shoal's Club, made it a wonderful location, and the owners were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip to BHI!!
