  This was our first trip to Holden Beach and we couldn't have been happier! Leigh was wonderful to work with, went out of her way to make our stay wonderful! This home is beautiful, CLEAN, and the pool was amazing! Her attention to detail is spot on! It's the perfect location, with beach access just a short walk away. My kids also loved the ping pong table. I would highly recommend this beautiful home on Holden Beach and hope to return soon! Thanks for everything Leigh, we had a wonderful, relaxing week in our "home away from home!"

  My family had the best week at this house!!!! We all came back so relaxed :) When we walked in everyone was amazed at how clean and beautiful it was, the kids didn't want to leave to even go out to dinner ha! We vacation every year and this was by far our favorite spot, Leigh was a wonderful to deal with and were hoping to return next year.

  This was a much needed vacation for our family from Michigan. The cottage was absolutely adorable. The owner was so extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the ammenities. Luxury towels and linens- awesome! Perfect location to beach access and the view was amazing.

  Cannot say enough about this beautiful house! The photos do not do this property justice.The view from the front deck is breathtaking and the perfect place to have a glass of wine and relax at the end of the day. The house was impeccably clean and well furnished and Leigh was the most gracious hostess! She exceeded every expectation to ensure we had a wonderful weekend at the beach. If it had not been February, we would have loved to take a dip in the sparkling pool. We will definitely be going back to this little piece of paradise!

  As one reviewer commented, pictures do not do this place justice. This cottage offers great views, a nice pool, and a very short walk to the beach. The house is beautiful, and the beach is amazing! We had a great experience, and Leigh is just an outstanding hostess. She ensured everything was in order for our stay. This was our first visit to Holden Beach, and I plan to return. Another nice thing about the area is the adjacency to other areas like Wilmington and Myrtle Beach.

  You will be pleasantly surprised in renting this house as the pictures do not do it justice. Leigh will answer all your questions promptly and ensure you have a clean and inviting home away from home to enjoy upon your arrival. My wife, our two daughters and I enjoyed a week at Holden Beach in this private resort. Beach access is close, the swimming pool was great for our 3 year old who spent every waking moment enjoying the pristine waters. Holden Beach has a fantastic quiet family atmosphere with enough restaurants (be sure to visit Provision Company) and attractions to enjoy but not so many that it is a distraction from spending quality moments with the ones you love. If a family vacation at your own private resort for a great price is what you want, you will not be disappointed.

  The home captures the very essence of the "Cottage" feel. The moment you walk in you feel warmth and the decor is so tastefully done, you would not dare change a thing. Every morning the rabbit across the street came out of the bush to greet us and the bonus was watching the dolphins play and entertain us. This is a absolutely wonderful place to stay!

  Our stay in this home was wonderful. The house was so charming, clean, great location and the private pool was a bonus. Our girls loved the pool, the ping pong table and being so close to the beach. Leigh and Jeff, the owners, are great to deal with . . .they have thought of everything to make a vacation at their beach home awesome. Highly recommend this beach house . . .

  We found this rental home to be far nicer than any other we have rented at the beach. The description of the house, the view of the ocean, and pool does not do it justice, they were awesome. The inside of the home was very tastefully painted and finished. It was a very cheerful and relaxing home in which to stay at the beach. We found the kitchen to be very well furnished as well. Our five year old learned to swim here. We highly this home to anyone looking for a very well furnished home with a great view and awesome pool.
