This is a beautifully decorated condo located steps from the beach. The pictures on the website are accurate, the view of the ocean is that gorgeous! The condo is well stocked with games and books and is very clean. The owners are easy to work with, reponding promptly to any questions. I would recommend this condo.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

My husband and I had an awesome stay here. We awoke to the serene view of the emerald coast ocean from our bed and drank evening cocktails whilst watching the colorful sunsets. The condo was well equipped in all rooms, the owners even provided extras such as board games, books and movies. They answered all our questions and the process was easy and smooth to secure the condo. The condo was clean and comfortable and I will definitely be coming back next year. The local area has plenty to offer, the most enjoyable of which were, our tubing adventure down the black water river and for food we would recommend "Stinkys Fish Camp" and "Beach Walk Cafe".
Recommended for:People with disabilities, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed at the Majestic Sun several times and we booked this condo for the day after the 4th for 4 nights on a one day notice and Janice and Mike were great people to work with. The condo is well kept inside with 2 bedrooms my son had his own room. The view from the balcony was so nice and spcacious and the living space inside was more then enough room. Mike and Janice have everything you need from kitchen supplies to a huge supplie of magazines to movies and supplies for the beach if you forget your own. Its nice to rent from owners that care about your stay in their condo and want to make sure everything is right. I look forward in returning to the same condo when we return to Destin !!!

This was the best vacation the children and I have ever had. The location was outstanding, the view was the best and there wasn't alot of tourists which is a major plus for me. It was very relaxing with no waiting for lines(such as disney). I asked the children if they wanted to go to Universal Studios next year and they said "no way Mom, we want to come back here every year!" That is just the answer I was waiting for. Thanks to the renters, We will be back!!!
