Loved the condo, the living room/great room was fabulous. Proximity to the quicksilver lift and town was wonderful - we never used our car except to drive to Keystone. Also loved all of the little touches such as plentiful tissues, hand soap, etc. Also that the pantry was stocked. We replaced what we used, bought a small package of sugar, some toilet paper and left a bottle of wine, a few beers and Perrier. Netflix was a good option, thanks for that. And we all loved the keypad entry.

Luxury large condo near Main Street and ski lifts

We loved staying in this beautiful condo. The living area and dining area are huge with a kitchen with an enormous bar, counter, and fire surround done in an exquisite granite. The bedrooms are large and comfy with 3 full baths. There is tons of storage and has the best of cookware and condiments. It is a short walk to Main Street and also to the ski lifts. The parking and ski lockers are right underneath the condo. It was extremely quiet even on weekend nights and also had a large deck with a nice gas grill. The owner was really friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I wish I owned it. I have stayed in quite a few mountain condos and this one wins the best in every category.

This is an excellent rental in Breckenridge. The location is great with a short walk to the lifts, restaurants, and shopping. The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the third bathroom was big convenience. There was covered parking and plenty of storage space for gear. Anne was great to work with, very accommodating, and answered our questions promptly. That made a big difference in our selection process and we would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful, Cozy New Year's Stay

Thank you for a wonderful, warm and cozy stay in your condo. It was spacious and well appointed with super, comfortable beds! We walked to town daily and enjoyed the quiet location. We also cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We played Scrabble at the dining room table and watched movies in front of the fire. The third bathroom was a convenient plus and we all had plenty of room. Thanks again for an awesome experience!!! Can't wait to return! Sincerely, Nancy & Family

We rented this unit from Dec 27, 2012 to Jan 1, 2013 and had an awesome time. Condo has been updated and is very clean. Short walk to ski slopes and downtown restaurants/shopping. Condo has everything you would need to feel like you are at home!! Owner is extremely nice and goes the extra mile by answering all of your questions promptly!! I would book this condo again in a hearbeat!

Wonderful mountain home

This was our second family Christmas staying in Anne's warm and cozy home. It is spacious with very comfortable seating and bedding. So many of Anne's personal touches make this one of the nicest units we haveever stayed. We'd be perfectly content to sit by the fireplace all day if the mountains were not calling us. Just a quick trek to the Quicksilver lift, or the shops and restaurants downtown. The new kitchen is awesome! Everything a gourmet cook would need, Anne has included. We particularly like the quality cookware and bakeware, and having a large griddle for bacon and pancakes in the morning is great. We had wonderful Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners for 6! You can be sure everything is comfortable and up-to-date in this unit. We hope to create many more family memories in this wonderful mountain home.

One terrific condo!

The condo is a wonderfully relaxing place to stay at Breckenridge. The owner Anne was easy to work with and provided many extras to make our stay fantastic. The condo had plenty of space for my family to spread out and relax. The newly renovated kitchen provided a chance to have some meals without having to go out. The family room was decorated well and was cozy with its fireplace. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the condo was perfect with a short walk to the slope, and after a day of skiing the hot tub and pool were great to visit. The condo is also located within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops in downtown Breck. I would highly recommend the condo - we will be back!

Better than expected with plenty of personal touches. Love the deck and grill as well as the flatscreen and netflix. It was clean, lots of towels and excellent kitchen. We will be back

Great Place Close to Town and the Slopes

I was there with a group of 7 and we all loved the place. The living room is cozy and the gas fireplace adds to the feel of being in a mountain getaway. The kitchen is great, and we were able to feed the whole crew pretty easily. Oh, and there are 3 full bathrooms, one with a tub and two with showers, which makes things a lot easier when everyone's getting ready at once!

Had a wonderful time at the condo. Roomy and easily walkable to the lift. Could also walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Fireplace was great and appreciated Anne leaving snacks and drinks for us. Kitchen was recently redone and the 3 flat screen TVs were nice. Room for 2 car parking. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

This condo was my best VRBO find ever. Even better than the pictures. The location is perfect, short walk to lifts and town. This condo has everything you need, very well stocked and very comfortable. We loved the spacious but cozy feel. We would definitely rent this condo again. Anne was great to work with, very prompt with all responses. Rent this condo!!! You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful Breckenridge Get Away

The highlights of this condo are 1) the open layout and spacious living, dining and kitchen area. It was just great for a group of friends to gather, cook, socialize and enjoy the comfortable couches and gas fireplace 2) the close proximity to the ski lift and to walk to town - very close and easy walks 3) Plenty of space in the bedrooms for all our stuff and comfy beds 4) so quiet and comfortable. Our group would definitely stay here again. The owner was just great to work with. Some of us got in quite late the first night and it was a treat to find sodas and beer awaiting us in the fridge!

I loved this condo; it made all the difference in my latest ski trip to Breck. The location, with only a short walk to the lift or town, meant that I didn't have to worry about parking or driving in the snow. The condo itself is spacious, yet quiet and cozy with a fireplace, fleece comforters and comfy chairs to curl up in after a hot apres-ski shower. I definitely plan to stay here again.

I love the all-around comfort and convenience of this condo, which projects the feeling of a warm and attractive "mountain home away from home." Unlike being in a hotel, it's so easy to immediately relax and settle in next to the amazing fireplace, enjoy the mountain views and changing light, and watch the snow fall. The unit is as spacious as described--but cozy, too. It's clean, quiet, always well-stocked, and feels nicely private--yet the ski lift and the town's shops and restaurants are literally only five minutes away by foot. The hot-tub area is great, too. This was a repeat visit for me, and I look forward to returning here again many times.

This condo is exactly as described and more. The beds with good pillows and warm coverings were very comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone in the living area with the little extras such as throws on each chair to snuggle in front of the fireplace with a book, or just look at the view through the expansive windows. Our family group just loved the kitchen with the wide variety of supplies available to cook gourmet meals. The pantry was stocked with spices, oils, vinegar sugar, flour, etc.; all the ingredients that one is happy not to have to buy when on a short trip. The gas grille was a real plus. Best of all, we dealt directly with the owner, Anne, who was so helpful and quickly responded to any questions or needs. (I hate it when I inquire about a property supposedly listed by OWNER and get a response by an agency). Thanks, Anne, for providing your warm and homelike condo for a memorable family ski vacation.

This was a great condo for a fall color getaway. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and spacious condo with plenty of baths and lots of good kitchen supplies and amenities. Plus a super easy stroll into town, just around the corner from Quandary Grill and just about across the street from Breckenridge Brewery. Nice views of the peaks and porch, and nice and quiet too! This would be a sweet ski season condo with easy walk to the main base area and lifts. Easy arranging with the owner too.
