  This was a long-weekend rental for two. Granted, the weather was outstanding which helped with the overall experience. The location is great - for beach, Coligny Plaza across the street, and our favorite place, the Tiki Hut, almost next door. Fully equipped unit, and a real plus to relax on the patio with the ocean view. Slept like a log, the bed is super comfortable, and honestly was not expecting that. This was a truly great place to stay enjoying HHI.

  My wife and I just stayed at Breakers 319 the week of September 21 thru 28 for our 25th wedding anniversary trip. We travel alot and wanted to stay beachfront without leaving the country and decided to go back to Hilton Head for the first time in 24 years. We read alot of reviews and decides to save some money and not stay at the big resorts and used the extra money to spend on the island, 319 made this possible. Firstof all breakers is an older resort and I have read that some of the rooms are not very nice. 319 has been decorated and remodeled and is in great shape. Bathroom is new and there is plenty of room for two people. It can also be good for a family with small kids who van use the fairly new roll away couch. The view from the balcony is fantastic. I actually spent some evenings out there reading and using computer. The pool is nice and the short walk to the beach is a bonus. Another nice touch is beach chairs are under the bed and beach umbrella is in the closet. The best part is the location across from Coligny Plaza and everything you need is within walking distance from church,food,shopping,and great walking and biking paths. We could have stayed at a newer resort with more amenities but save the money to use on meals and golf and shopping and stay at 319 breakers. (remember there is no elevator and this is on third floor)

  We were so excited to return to Hilton Head Island. This Villa was great. We loved the fact it was close to everything. Coligny Plaza was litterally across the street. We enjoyed long walks and had a good time. We hadn't been alone on a vacation since we got married...it proved we still like eachother:-) We absolutely loved sitting on the couch looking at and listening to the waves crashing on the shore....I mean crashing, due to the tropical storm "Alberto". He didn't ruin a thing for us, and only hovered one night into the next day and things cleared up in the afternoon. We took a cruise to Savannah and then a trolley tour once we got there. It really went by so quickly. We only had 5 nights to vacation but were very tempted to call and ask if you had it rented out for the rest of the week. You were so kind to split the week. We really wanted to stay but had to get home and tend to our elderly and sick parents. We are so greatful to you. It was perfect. This Villa comes highly recommended. The location is perfect. We are back to work now and hopefully our good experiences at Hilton Head will carry us through another year.

  Great value and great service. The place is a PERFECT location. My wife went for a week by herself for a break. She could walk to the spa and stores across the street. Very easy access to the beach. Nice quiet place, had no complaints. Jim was so easy to work with, very helpful. Have been coming to HHI for 10 years, would rent again. MUCH BETTER THAN A HOTEL and cheaper

  Great location and very clean! Great price and we were able to walk to Coligny Plaza every night plus the kids loved the water fountain at the beach park! Highly recommend!!

  Stayed here Mar 10-17 2012 and had a wonderful time. The Breakers is located right across from Coligny Plaza where you can find anything you need - just park the car for the week and relax. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Best part is being able to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The beach is only steps away and each morning we were able to watch the dolphins swimming by - fantastic! This condo is perfect for a couple and I would highly recommend it.

  I booked this condo for a solo vacation in April and I was not disappointed! I'm a NC girl but live in Paris, France so I was looking forward to relaxing and enjoying my own company. Though it wasn't my first solo vacation, it was definitely my best. The condo has everything you need to prepare your own meals if you choose to do so. I was skeptical after reading other reviews of different condos but this condo was beautiful and clean. The owner was so helpful as I emailed him a couple of times with questions about the area and the condo. Though I was by myself, I had a hard time deciding what to do because there were so many great things to choose from. Hilton Head has great bike paths for cycling or running and the most beautiful beaches. Right across the street is Coligny Plaza with shops and restaurants (People were so friendly, I met people every night having dinner). A bonus...the management company lets you rent free DVDS when you check in but I never got around to watching them because I was too busy enjoying Hilton Head. I can't wait to bring my husband and daughter back this summer!

  Our family of 4 had a great time at the villa. The villa was very clean and well maintained. It is in a great location - just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the nice ocean view. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Looking forward to staying here again in the near future.

  This condo has everything you need for a wonderful week on Hilton Head Island. The accommodations are wonderful. Everything was clean and neat when we visited. The Breakers is located across the street from Coligny Plaza which offers great shopping, dining and entertainment. It is also located ocean front and the condo has great views of both the beach and the pool. This really is one of the best places to stay on Hilton Head Island. We hope to visit again soon!

  Changed our original summer 2010 plans from the Gulf Area (Thanks BP) and found the week we needed.....Decided to give it a shot, first time in Hilton Head and at the Breakers.....We where not disapointed!!!!!! We would return, after our first stay it is a no brainer, and was as expected!!!!! The condo was all that was advertised and great! Traveled with our two children (girl 10, boy 9) and the accomodations worked very well. Loved the condo with the beach access, pool area and the shopping and dining within walking distance. Great set up to park the car and no driving while on vacation. The unit was nicely appointed, the kitchen and washer/dryer suited our needs. The furniture and condition of the unit is good and as listed. The complex provided a nice atmosphere, friendly folks all around and on site security guard (except the 9 yr old boy feels he could loosen up on allowing toys in the pool rule #5) Seriously - was very comforting and an extra touch not expected... There are steps to the third floor, and worth every step, view overlooking the pool allowed for the kids to go to the pool while we kept eye from above, and provided a great view of the beach!!!!! We would recomend this unit and complex, in addition the balconey is perfect for watching the night moon while sipping on a nice Whiskey or your favorite cocktail!!!!!!!
