Great Location! Doesn't get any better than this. This spacious unit (1200 sq ft) is situated right on the large oceanfront pool deck, and is only steps to the beach. No elevator is needed to get you from this unit out to the sun, the beach or pool. No need to pack up the kids, beach toys, beach chairs, etc and wait for the elevator. No need to pack a large cooler to take lunch to the beach or pool, this unit is right there. Picnic tables with umbrellas are available and you can bring lunch directly from the refrigerator. This is perfect for a family with little ones or for kids of all ages. Enjoy the beach and sun deck during the day but don't forget to also come out at night when the breezes are cool and the stars are everywhere! The beach at night is also a beautiful place.
The 9400 condo has 24 security for your peace of mind. There are also in house management staff to help you with any problems that may arise during your stay. The unit comes with one assigned parking space for an additional charge of $25 for the week. The management staff occasionally has addition 'on lot' spaces available for rent. There is additional on street parking available as well as a municipal lot just about a block away.
The 9400 Condo is conveniently located near many good restaurants, there is a grocery store across the street and lots of activities (mini golf, parks, movies, etc.) nearby if you decide to stay 'uptown' or go downtown to the boardwalk for all the fun there.
This large oceanfront unit features 2BR, 2BA and sleeps up to eight. Amenities include outdoor oceanfront pool, two outside showers, in-house management, security system with intercom, oceanfront deck, Wi-Fi availability, ground floor game room and on site laundry facilities. About the owner: My wife and I are realtors in Ocean City. We moved from the Washington DC area to the beach almost ten years ago and have not looked back. We like being at a resort area during the busy summer season and also enjoy the more quiet times during the spring and fall when the weather is mild and the beach is almost empty. We love working here and being able to help others find just the right beach property for themselves and their families whether it is a beach front condo or a home on the bay with a boat dock or a place in one of our many golf communities.
Why the Owner Chose 9400 Condos:
We chose to buy an investment property in the 9400 Condo because it was a smaller complex than some of the other high rise ocean front buildings. The building has good security, people are friendly and the in house managers make this condo feel like home. We knew that our family would enjoy spending time here and hoped that our renters would agree and want to return to this wonderful condo each year.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We like to use the condo when friends and relatives come to visit, that is 'if' it is not rented. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded, especially in the early morning and evenings. There are good restaurants right next door or across the street. The pool is rarely crowded and our grand kids love to be at our 9400 condo.
