  There were three of us that stayed at the condo. Everything was immaculate and absolutely no complaints on our part. We were near everything.... the beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, etc. The pool was very nice and most every day we had it all to ourselves. The location is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and the people that we did meet near us were all friendly and helpful. Parking was absolutely no problem and private. We hope to consider renting this unit again. Thanks Lou and Sheryl for sharing your condo with us..... a perfect getaway for three weeks!!!!!! Sally, DeeDee and Darlene

  We had a wonderful time in Surfside Beach! The condo had everything that we could possibly need and more. It was extremely clean and comfortable and was so conveniently located -- just right across the street from the beach. We even had lovely ocean views from the balcony where we would have our morning coffee. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

• Lovely Stay!

  This is our 4th trip to Surfside Beach in three years and the first time staying in this particular condo. We found it to be clean and well stocked with amenities like kitchen utensils and extra blankets. The WiFi was also a welcome bonus. We like Surfside by the Sea because of its close proximity to the beach. We are strongly considering a wintertime rental for a month or more in 2013 and will be checking the availability of this property for sure.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway.

  We had a lovely stay with two adults and two teenage girls. Great location. Quiet end of the street. Very close to the beach access and a nice view from the patio. Girls enjoyed the pool.We would love to stay here again!

  My family and I vacationed here last summer. The condo was very clean and does have a great view of the ocean. The pool at the complex is nice and surfside is a great place to vacation for families. The streets are laid back and it is very relaxing. I have 3 daughters and we were able to squeeze them into the 2nd bedroom. It is comfortable for a family of 4, but you can make 5 work without using the foldout couch. We are returning again next year. Our interactions with the owner were great and they helped us in every way.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children.

  For our family of 4 including 2 young children- this property met all our needs. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The building was quiet and our "across the street" view was great! The kids loved the pool and the building is right on a cross walk to public beach access. The updates to the unit are very nice. Overall this whole rental experience was great!
