You will also have full privileges at the 3 Ocotillo Golf courses/restaurant and golf shop. the discount for Golf is 40-50% discounts on golf fees for your entire foursome. (Everytime you play). You could pay for your trip in a few days on the golf course.. You will also recieve 10% off at the Golf Shop and 10% off eating at the Golf course beautiful resort restaurant. I can't tell you how many people tell me that they pay for their trip just in savings on the Golfing. Ocotillo is a four mile circle around the Golf course wonderful for walking nightly. Also, 2 blocks away are 2 lighted tennis courts for your use while staying at our home.
This home is just five minutes from Arizona's newest upscale shopping mall, Chandler Fashion Square. The mall includes, Nordstrom's, Dillards, Robinson-May, a multi-plex theater, and numerous other shops and restaurants. Right next to Intel and Orbital,
Scottsdale is only 20 minutes away, In March Arizona hosts major league baseball Spring Training around the valley. Tucson is only one and a half hours away, you could even go to Nogalas Mexico to shop, The Red rocks of Sedona are only one and a half hours away, two hours to Flagstaff, and four hours to the spectacular Grand Canyon.

The reason we have a home in Ocotillo is because my husband is from Calgary, Canada and loves to golf. When we found a home surrounded by a Troon Golf Course and discovered the discounts available to homeowners, we were hooked - and YES, our renters are allowed to enjoy the same discounts. We also live right here in Chandler, so if any problems arise, we will be there for you.....

When you drive thru the Peninsula gates, with the beautiful golf course on one side of the road and the lovely lake on the other, the outside world seems to melt away, and you instantly feel at peace. Once again the best benefit is that your trip will practically be paid for with the deep discounts offered at Ocotillo Golf course, Bernard's Restaurant, and The Pro Shop.

Growing up in Scottsdale, I thought that was THE PLACE to live, and then we found Ocotillo, in Chandler, Az. It's so pretty out here, and still convenient malls, theaters and restaurants. The five-mile Ocotillo waterway circles around the golf course and walkways and the views are wonderful. Ocotillo is in a gated community on a Peninsula with quiet, serene privacy. We have been with VRBO since 2003 and sharing our lovely home with families from around the world has been a joy.

From the minute we arrived at the Ocotillo gates we started smiling - the gorgeous golf course grounds and the waterways make the area seem like a peaceful paradise. We had breakfast at Bernard's on the golf course several mornings, and they made us sandwiches to take with us when we golfed - and we liked the discounts! Your beds are clean and cozy and it was nice to have a washer and dryer and garage attached - very handy. We had old friends who live in Phoenix over for supper and cooked steaks out on the grill - we couldn't get them to leave and invited them to spend the night in the bedroom with its own patio.
