Seaspray condo description
Enjoy all that Seaspray, and the surrounding area, has to offer. Swim in the largest (heated) pool on Okaloosa Island, the sun shines and the snow white beach sand gets between your toes. Play golf - explore the neat shops of downtown Ft. Walton Beach or the outlet mall in San Destin - water sports on the bay side of the island - visit the local museums (there actually was a Fort in Ft. Walton Beach) or see the Air Force Armament Museum (free) - bike the 19 (paved) miles of the Timpoochee Trail - tour the Gulfarium (one of the oldest marine parks in the US) ... just enjoy a break from your day-to-day existence.
Located in Ft. Walton Beach, Seaspray is a privately owned gated condominium complex on Okaloosa Island next to a five mile stretch of natural seashore. Unit 209B is one of the 100 Town House styled units in this 'U-shaped' complex with drive up to the door parking, huge courtyard, clubhouse, HEATED (year round) swimming pool Gym and Laundry facilities. All this is located right on our PRIVATE snow white sandy beach and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our recently renovated ground floor one bedroom unit boasts a stainless steel Kitchen with silestone counter tops and a double sink with disposal. A microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and hand mixer ... everything you could possible want in a kitchen is provided for your use. The glass topped tables in both the dining room (seats 6) and Living Room are supported by Dolphins which enhances the beach feel of your vacation getaway. The entertainment center in the Living Room contains a new flat screen TV, a DVD player along with a stereo CD player. Our cable services includes HBO along with free wireless high speed internet access.
The upstairs Bed Room has two Queen size beds for your sleeping pleasure. A TV, DVD player and lighted make-up mirror are also provided. A new 40 gallon hot water heater ensures you won't run out in the shower.
Sliding glass doors take you out to your private patio where you can grill on the Weber grill or just enjoy watching your kids play in the safe courtyard. A few steps take you past the HEATED swimming pool to the beach itself. Ft. Walton Beach has many shops and dining just minutes away. The lure of Destin, with its many fine restaurants, shops and outlet mall is just 5 miles East. Call today to escape to our 'Happy Place'.

Your vacation must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. A $300 deposit is due at the time of the booking. There is no refund of monies paid on layaway plans, but reservations can be re-booked for up to one year of original arrival date.

We just got home from spending a week in this clean and well maintained condo. The kitchen had everything you would need. Bring your own salt. pepper, etc because these units do not supply them. The beds were very comfortable. It looks just like the pictures show. What we liked was it was not a high rise building and you could park directly in front of the unit. The BR and small bath are on the second floor. The pool area is close and well maintained. There is a large lawn off the patio. Great for children to play. The beautiful beach is just a short walk away. No tar balls. The owners were easy to work with. The staff at Seaspray are very friendly and helpful. If you don't want to be in a high rise and in a great location, try this unit.
