  First off, Terry was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to all emails and made sure everything was fine before my trip. The Boardwalk Resort: clean, quiet, cordial staff , plenty of elevators to where you did not have to wait, Tiki Hut that served cheeseburgers and chicken tenders which was perfect since I had with me three teenagers, I didnt have to leave the beach to go make sandwiches, huge pool, 2 hot tubs, gym. The Unit: 8th floor, spacious, clean, has everything you could possibly need, plenty of storage/closet space, tv's in every room, nicely decorated, and last but not least, the beautiful view from the balcony which was very hard to leave. Already thinking about my second trip to PCB. I highly recommend this unit for your stay you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Terry.

  Terry, Dana & Monica, Adam and I just wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay at your condo. With my Dad living in PCB and growing up part time in the area I can appreciate the love and care you put into keeping your condo and the stay for your guests nice and cozy. We married at the Boardwalk October 8, 2011 and we could not have asked for a better stay this year to ring in our 1 year anniversary. We look forward to staying at your condo again and will be in contact for next year 2013. I have recommended you to family and friends in my area and urge anyone looking for a great all around vacation to check out Terry and Dana's condo.   Terry was extremely easy to work with when making our reservations. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this unit to others. The condo is just as the pictures show and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff at the Boardwalk were also very kind and helpful. Thank you Terry for allowing us to stay in your unit.

  The condo was great! We had previously been to Panama for spring break with our teenagers last year and decided that we would return this past April to attend the April Motorcylce Rally with another couple of our friends. We had a great time. The condo is in an excellent location with a beautiful view of the lovely pool and ocean. Would love to stay again when we can get away!

  This condo is a good size and the sofa is especially comfortable. The view is wonderful and we were fortunate enough to have perfect weather. The entire pool and beach area are clean and nicely done. The condo/welcome staff were nice and pleasant. Overall a very good experience. Thank you for letting us stay in your very nice vacation home.

  This is a beautiful view with quick access to the beach. Very comfortable & well furnished, this unit is like new, all amenities you need and very, very clean! October is a great time to come. It's almost like we had the resort and beach to ourselves. Thanks Terry for sharing your home with us! I will definitely share my wonderful stay with friends and relatives.

  We stayed in Terry's condo in mid-August with our 2-year old and were very pleased with the amenities, the staff and everything involved...our mini-vacation was very spontaneous and Terry was very quick to respond to our inquiry and get everything set up for us...there were no surprises during check in or during check-out.   I couldn't even wait until the end of our stay before writing this review! We arrived early to the condo and the management staff was more than happy to give us our parking pass and pool passes prior to checking into the room. Once the call was made that the room was ready, we were in for quite a treat! The room is fabulous! Tastefully decorated and so comfortable! The view is perfect from the balcony of the beach and pool. This trip was planned at the very last minute and Terry was so accomadating and quick to respond to our needs. You have a beautiful condo!! We will definitely recommend this unit to our friends---as well as return ourselves for a longer stay! This condo is everything it states and MORE! You will not be disappointed! Thank you again Terry for a superb "spur of the moment" getaway! Andrea

  Terry - We loved your condo and had the best time during our week there. The unit was very comfortable, had all the necessities and of course a fabulous view! I would give the amenities an A+. The fitness center, general store, pool & hot tubs were awesome. The view was great, directly overlooking the pool and ocean. Took some really nice sunset photos from the balcony. Thanks again for your help in booking our stay and my whole family looks forward to coming back next year!

  Terry's condo was amazing. He was super easy to do business with and sooo quick to respond. The view of the gulf is absolutely amazing. The condo being on the 8th floor, its just high enough to where you cant hear the people at the pool but you can hear the waves coming in. We have stayed at several places in PCB and Destin and this was the nicest. The entire resort was very clean. Theres an onsite security crew. The 'kiddie pool' area was a huge hit with my 16 month old daughter. We absolutely look foward to returning.
