  This house felt like a home. So much heart went into this house and the energy felt even higher than the surrounding area. The owners are exceptional to work with. The yard and garden area was so wonderful to spend the day and evenings in and everything is so well kept up. The place was very well stocked and it felt like you had everything you could possibly need. It was so amazing, that we ended up spending most of our vacation there instead of our other planned hikes, sightseeing, etc... :) Picking this house was the best decision we made for our vacation!

  Our family had never been to Sedona and decided this would be a great time to go before kids started the 2nd semester of school. When we arrived we were absolutely amazed at how beautiful and comfortable the home is. The surroundings are gorgeous and our teenage boys and married daughter and husband were so surprised at how nice and private it was. We had a very relaxing stay and felt right at home. The owners are so great and accommodating and we definitely want to go back during a different time of year, to enjoy all the various seasons. Going into town from this location was close and a nice scenic drive. We did a Segway Tour which was a total blast and the shopping and eating were great! Overall this experience was Absolutely Amazing!!

  Bottom Line: A beautiful home - a wonderous location, a perfect escape, an Amazing Christmas! Clean and inviting! The annual Christmas vacation was PERFECT. 4 couples, 1 child - all had more personal space/privacy than one could imagine. The 4 bedroom and 4 plus bath layout was exactly what was needed. The Kitchen is amazing. The appliances are near restaraunt quality - Viking stove was the workhorse and kept the family fed between hikes and excursions in the beautiful Sedona area. The backyard - was enjoyable as the Oak Creek passes just feet away. The mallard ducks - blue jays - squirrels - herons frequent the backyard and kept it the view interesting. Oh what a view - the vistas in all directions is awe inspiring. This property is the perfect step off to Slip Rock State Park, an under 2 hour drive to the Grand Canyon, and easy access to numerous trails. Highly recommended for families - An excellent vacation.

  We all loved Chateau Belle. Myself, my spouse and 3 other couples meet each year at different places to enjoy a long weekend away from everything. This was definitely a house we will revisit. The grassy area was wonderful. We played Frisbee, relaxed under the sun, enjoyed the hot tub and sat down by the creek. We stayed for 3 nights, which was not long enough, and I came home wanted to bring the bed with me. The linens were wonderful and there was enough space for each couple to retreat or hand out together. I would recommend Chateau Belle to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Sedona. The only issue was the locks (had a hard time working them) and none of the remotes worked (easy fix).

  Owner response: I go up and check the house and workings at least twice a month and the last check had all the remotes working properly. I will make sure that each has new batteries and does it's job. The doors can be confusing at first to lock, but when figured out, they are actually very easy. I will add a detailed expanation of how to set the lock to avoid this problem in the future.

  Every year 4 couples pick a location and meet up. This year it was Sedona and the Creekside Chateau was the most amazing place we have stayed. Immaculate inside and out. The bedrooms were all charming and very comfortable. Amazing fireplace. The best lawn and recreation area. Fantastic amenities that made this place so much fun. A charming market right across the creek. A must stay for those visiting Sedona.

  An amazing location!! We had the best time, and the house and grounds are gorgeous! I agree with other reviews stating the pictures do not do the location justice. Oak creek is a wonderful area with a good deal of activities nearby, but honestly you will not want to leave the location! We definitely plan on going back to the property!

  Eight of us enjoyed the beauty of Chateau Belle for a week in April. It was perfect with each couple having their own bedroom and bath. The beds, pillows and sheets were super comfortable. We loved the shaded patio area for eating lunch or dinner and hearing the creek below us. It was a beautiful setting on really hot days and you could walk down to the creek to cool off if you wanted. We watched the humming birds endlessly. The kitchen was well equiped with everything we needed. The grill was huge hit with the guys for cooking out. It was a perfect location right outside of town and close to Flagstaff and within 2 hours of the Grand Canyon. We also did a side trip, 3 hours each way, to Page to see the Slot Canyons Lake Powell and Horseshoe Bend. Well worth the drive! Shopping, hiking, groceries all within a short distance. We also got sandwiches and breakfast across the road which were very good. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of town and loved being in a home rather than a hotel room. We only get together every few years and this setting was so much more intimate. Flo was excellent to work with and answered any questions we had via e-mail or phone. Yes, we would come back in a minute.

  The Chateau property was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, used the ball courts and grounds for relaxing and playing bocci ball, etc. The workout room was put to good use and we all loved the giant screen TV for our movies and sports. The rear courtyard was enjoyed for eating and reading creek-side. The kitchen and bar-b-q were wonderful. The house was so comfortable that we only ate one dinner out. It was so nice to enjoy Sedona activities and come back to a luxurious and cozy setting. A wonderful experience with all the plush and thoughtful details provided by the owners, like those incredible sheets! I have recommended it to everyone thinking of going to Sedona. Thank you, Flo for providing such wonderful memories!

  The house was absolutely gorgeous and I don’t think the description or the photos did it justice. We enjoyed all the room in and outside the house. The back patio was a great spot to eat, visit, play some games (the large chest game was a huge hit with my brothers and nephews) or just be quite and listen to the peaceful babble of the creek. The house provided comfortable sleeping with lush linens and large beds, a great gourmet kitchen and many DVDs to entertain us when it rained. Flo was so easy to work with when I made the reservations and appreciate her help in walking me through the rental process. The house and property was clean and very well –maintained. I highly recommend this property and hope I can rent it again for future vacations.

  My family stayed at here over July 4 for a week and had a wonderful time. The property is spacious with lots to do on site and in the surrounding area. The location (right on Oak Creek) is hard to beat and we couldn't ask for a better equipped property. Sedona is a quick drive away and there are lots of other places (National parks, monuments, fishing, horse back riding, etc.) located nearby. The owners make sure there are lots of guide books, restaurant menus and other information so that if you haven't made up your mine what you want to do, you can use the info to make up your mind. A great place and one I'd definitely consider staying again.

Insurance of $49.00 paid directly to insurance company. When the entire amount is paid and rental agreement signed, the diriving directions and lockbox information for your stay will be sent to you.

$500.00 reservation deposit will hold the dates and be applied to balance remaining,

1/2 remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to arrival, and

the second 1/2 of remaining balance will be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival.
