Great winter getaway.
Great winter getaway.
We found the unit very relaxing and suitable for a long weekend at the beach. We were there in February and could not take advantage of the pool, the bay or other summer activities but would definitely recommend it as a weekend winter getaway to help relieve the winter blahs!

Owner response: Thanks for your business. We hope to see you again soon.
This place was relatively cheep and there is a reason for it. The good news: the condo is very small, but it was in decent shape. The bad news: The problem with the place are pests. Make sure you don’t keep anything out in the kitchen because it is infested with aunts. We also killed 2 cockroaches and found one dead in the main bedroom. It’s a long way to the beach so you will have to drive. The owner is very receptive when you are renting the place, but if you have any question when your there or after, good luck getting him on the phone. There is only 1 key for the condo so you will have to make arrangement if your with a couple. As for the security deposit, we only received half back even though we left the place like we found it. Getting in touch with him for the security deposit was a task. To put this in better terms I would rather stay in a motel 6 then rent this place again.

Owner response: Very little of the above review is true. The renter called two days before leaving and wanted to extend his stay by two more days he liked the place so much. We could not accomodate this because of other renters comming in. The only pest were the ones you brought with you. There were no pests before your arrival or after. The reason you wrote this negative review is because we charged you a fee from your security deposit because you left the place a wreck according to our professional cleaning service. This is a non-smoking unit but the cleaners found two full ash trays, one in the master bedroom the other in the master bath room. Both ash trays contained cigarette ashes and illegal drugs you were smoking. They also found dirty plates in the kitchen sink, a full trash can in the kitchen and a pizza box on the dining room table full of leftover pizza and sandwiches. You left the place a complete wreck. There is a combination key box with 3 keys attached to the railing. We have recently repainted the entire unit and replaced the toilets. We had over 20 very satisfied renters last year with you being the only exception. If you are a prospective renter please call if you need further information. Thank you.

Why the Owner Chose Bridgepoint I:
We are four friends who LOVE Ocean City and what it has to offer. Besides our BridgePoint 1 rental property, three of us have properties in Ocean City for our personal use. Two of those properties are also in BridgePoint 1. Knowing what it's like to live in the BridgePoint 1 condominium complex is a big reason why we purchased our rental unit. We love everything our complex has to offer and truly believe that anyone staying at our rental unit will take home many wonderful memories and will look forward to their next stay.
