    Our family memory vacation in OC was made extra special with this home, and it truly is a home. Once you enter you feel like you have always been here and hopefully will never have to leave. The photos and listing description are so accurate, but seeing it in person is what does it real justice. Wendy was truly helpful in answering any questions that we had, and just like the home when you talked with her, you felt you have always known her. If all of us that went this year planned to go again next year, this would be the home that we would be choosing to use.

    This is the second year in a row we spent a week in May at this beautiful Ocean City beach house. The extended family looked forward to spending another vacation in this house all year. Clean, beautifully decorated, supplied with everything you need and then some. I took amazing photos of the coast from the roof top deck. Will be back again next year!!

    "Lovely place, great time. We went to Washington Inn in Cape May for dinner, and over to the Borgatta Casino one evening for dinner at Bobby Flay's. Both were great. Family recommends Tomatoes in Margate....even has Sushi. We liked all the granite, and the two washers and dryers. Beautiful views."

    My extended family once again spent a week in September at this beautiful home and after receiving my security deposit so quickly thought I should take a minute( forgot to write a well deserved review last year ,sorry ) and compliment the this house since it made for another memorable family vacation. We have been vacation as a family in OC for over 15 years and these last two years at this house has been a true delight!! First Class ! PS:Love the new roof deck furniture. Look fwd to seeing you again next summer

    What a beautiful house! Clean, well maintained, modern everything, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys for the kids made for lots of room in the car. We asked about bikes & gas grill which we completely understood when the owner explained the tremendious liability and safety issues..So we brought our own....The beach is so close it was nothing to walk back and forth, and spending time in the early evening and warm nights. Great communication, place was exactly as described,photos doesn't do the place justice...great time...Thanks

    This beautiful home had us pinching each other all week. Wow what a difference compared to past summers in Ocean City. First Class, Clean, Proud and responsive owners, Ocean Views, Comfortable beds, TV's in every room professional mounted on the walls allowing for dresser space, beautiful patio furniture and the most unbelievable rooftop deck with amazing views of the coastline. We enjoy the quiet second floors in OC because of the kids early bedtime and the relaxing private deck was are destination once the last child went to sleep. We have never used VRBO before and were little nervous but it was absolutely easier then dealing with the realtors. The owner Wendy was so friendly and helpful we actually "play words with friends" together now :) Wendy sent our deposit back in less than a week...Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and once we get all our schedules figured out we will be booking our family vacation for next summer.

    We rented this 2nd floor unit for two weeks and invited my husband's two sisters and their families to join us as well. That made for a total of 8 kids and 6 adults. We had an awesome time! The unit fit all of us easily and comfortably. My husband and I are from California but from the very beginning, Wendy was extremely helpful in answering questions and making arrangements. The distance was no bother at all. In fact, every time I called she either picked up right away or called me back immediately. Such great service! As I said, the unit was very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The kitchen was so much fun to cook in and the main living area was a natural gathering place for our family hangouts. The decks and rooftop deck are unbelievable. The adults had some fun times up on the rooftop after the kids were all tucked in. Such a great view! Parking is ample and easy. The distance to the beach is so short that we were able to go back and forth throughout the day. At only a block away, we even went back to the house for bathroom breaks which is so nice. I felt bad for folks who had come from further away and had to trek to the boardwalk restrooms whenever they needed to go. The outdoor hose and main level shower made getting cleaned up after the beach a breeze. The garage had a ton of beach gear for everyone. Chairs for the adults, a wagon for the little ones, boards and tons of toys. We didn't need to bring or buy a thing! The upstairs closet also had a nice array of board games and toys too. That was a nice touch. While we did run into a couple of hiccups (the elevator wasn't operating when we arrived and the microwave broke halfway through our stay), Wendy was kind, helpful and prompt in addressing the issues. The elevator was eventually fixed and knowing how hard it would be to not have a microwave, Wendy found a place in OC that was willing to install a brand new one two days later and so in two days we had a brand new microwave installed and ready to go. Really great. If we ever get back to beautiful OC, we'd definitely rent this place again. It's a great find and you won't be disappointed!

    The house was exactly as described in the notes. We had a fabulous time and hope to go back next year. This was the best OCNJ vacation ever. We enjoyed the large screen TV and the internet service. Highly recommend this for a large family. Especially loved the master bedroom shower and the front porch and roof deck.............

    Amazing place...Luckly I thought to look and see how next summer availability was for June and oh my gosh only one week was left although not the week we had this past summer I was relieved to get the last week ....I truly doesn't suprise me its almost booked for next summer and thought I would write a belated review...Beautiful place, beautifully decorated and spotless. Very friendly owner who is amazingly efficient with responses to any questions and makes the booking process so simple...This beach house made our vacation see you next June !!

    We finally found our new family summer vacation rental home. We have rented in OC for years at the same house but our ages have made the knees sore and noise from the place above us last year caused us to look for a new vacation home this summer. We learned the trick of keeping the noise down by renting a second floor place and also wanted no steps to climb going from living room to my bedroom each night. My husband loved watching his Phillies on the 60" TV while the grandkids kids enjoyed the tv's in their rooms! We loved the location being across from the boardwalk and beach! This place is beautifully decorated, clean, and the owner (Wendy) was friendly & quick to respond with our emails and call's. (We actually met her while in OC) We enjoyed the nicely furnished private roof top deck each evening that has an amazing view of the entire island....we hated to leave and already looking forward to next summer already!!

    After renting across the street for years thru a realtor we met the tenants last summer who were staying there & they kindly let us take a look inside their rental. We were amazed how beautiful it was and very well maintained. The VRBO rate was much cheaper then the realtor rate for our week and we booked our week for this summer. Each bedroom has a wall mounted flatscreen TV which is a dream come true for the kids (and us parents too) The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to keep the girls happy. The roof top deck was hands down my favorite as well as my Father-in-law,what a view...The owners supplied lots of beach chairs, cooler, kids beach toys and even an umbrella. The owners were very friendly and great to work with, we left the place as we found it and received our deposit back in less than a week. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach house with our family....

    We stayed at this home and had a most enjoyable time! We had one of us that had knee issues, so the elevator came in very helpful for her. It was also great to transport your luggage in/out. With 8 of us, we certainly had a lot of that. Since it was the middle of May, and the weather was not best, we were inside quite a bit, and thrilled that the home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. There was only a street between us and the beach, and the beginning of the boardwalk. The owner was great and attentive to our needs. Some of us plan on returning with our husbands in October!

    While on here rebooking for next year I thought I should write a quick review about this summer's experience at this house, but honestly after reading the other reviews I would be repeating the others positive and well said compliments/comments. The house is simply amazing and YES the private roof top deck and the view is amazing. Expanded sports channels were very much appreciated. The owners were quick with the deposit being returned, We are looking fwd to coming back in June next summer.

    My parents in their 70's take us all on a family vacation every year to Ocean City along with our kids (their grandkids), so we have three generations all in the same house. We searched VRBO for a home that would serve all of our requirements,but especially Mom and Dad's since it's their treat :) With their 70 year old legs slowly giving out, they requested a house that has no steps to enter & no steps up to the bedrooms for them to navigate each night. And we found this house what is also handicap friendly. We contacted the owners to double check. The owners were so quick to respond to all our questions and even friendlier when we spoke on the phone. We asked to see the house with my Father & arranged to see it one Saturday in July in between tenants when the owners happened to be in Ocean City. The house was decorated nicer than any house in Ocean City that we rented in the past or toured to possibly rent (& we have checked out tons-trust me) Ocean views from the Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, & front porch was the clincher. The house looked brand new & well maintained. The Handicap friendly features were all custom at the time it was built according to the owners. My husband & I spent most afternoons & evenings on the roof deck which has to be the best view of the entire island. Quality high top table & chairs made enjoying drinks & the view even better in the evening as did the lounge chairs and misting system during the day. My parents enjoyed the front porch which was the length of the front of the house. Half is covered for my mom who is not a big sun person & while my Dad enjoyed the sun in the uncovered half & still being together. (what a great idea for those not able to be in the sun). The house is across from the boardwalk & the beach which was very convienent & allowed us to park the car & keep it parked. The owners supplied a bunch of quality beach chairs, an umbrella, & and a ton of beach toys for the kids....Sure saved room in the car not having to pack all that!! Each room came with a modern flat screen TV, but we really enjoyed the huge flatscreen in the living room. The owners didn't cut any corners (HD, HBO, extended chanels & the sports package that otherwise would of prevented my husband & Father from watching their beloved Phillies. Thanks again, we are still talking about our vacation & your house & can't wait until next year, we couldn't imagine staying elsewhere next summer.

    We had relatives coming from out of state and decided to make it a special treat by having an early vacation in Ocean City. We have been vacationing in Ocean City for at least 15 years and looked at this rental last year and loved it! However, it was already rented...we were so disappointed. So, when we decided to rent again this year it was our first choice, since we had already seen how clean and beautiful it was and thought the location was perfect. This was the first time that we handled the rental process on-line and found it quick and convenient. The owners were so helpful and explained every detail we needed to know. Our stay was fabulous - even with a couple of rainy days, the house has so many amenities we were never disappointed. There is plenty of room in the house to spread out and have your own privacy to quietly read or enjoy looking at the ocean from the porch or amazing roofdeck, or share together time in the open kitchen/living/dining and porch area. It was difficult to leave at the end of our 2-week stay. We got plenty of bang-for-the-buck and our deposit was returned within a week of returning home. We would definitely recommend this beautiful rental to anyone looking for the perfect getaway in Ocean City!

    I agree with the previous reviewer, we rented summer of 2010 and the unit is spectacular. We have 3 young children and the front porch was a great place for containing the kids and having meals. The master bedroom felt like we were staying in a beautiful hotel. We never wanted a 2nd floor unit but the elevator made all the difference. Everything in the home worked perfectly and we couldn't have been happier.

    A few years ago we splurged and stayed a couple of blocks above this property on Wesley for 3 weeks as I was recovering from cancer treatments and every time we passed this house my kids would say it was their "most favorite". It made me very happy to be able to experince this home with them. When I told the kids they would be staying in their favorite house they were beyond words. This house is truely a "trophy property" in Ocean City. It offers all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. All of the furnishings and bedding were super comfortable. The gorgeous granite kitchen was a natural gathering place. The large and partially covered front deck offered sunbathing and al fresco dining. The roof top deck is very private for those who like to sun bath without tan lines and also offers beautiful ocean vistas. The elevator made the move-in and move-out much more pleasant. Although we all hated leaving. We were right acroos the street from the beach and boardwalk for convenient ocean dips and evening strolls. I've been visiting Ocean City for over 40 years and this house helped make this year one of the most memorable. The owners were wonderful to work with and helped immediately with a TV glitch. Everything was handled via email and we experienced no problems whatsoever. We returned the property in the immaculate condition as we found it and had our deposit returned within 7 days.

    First let me start of by saying we have always used realtors for our vacation in OC each summer because we just didn't know any better,our friends told us about VRBO and the saving they have experienced. So after lot's of fun searching on VRBO we choose this house (#307113) because of its beautiful pictures and responsiveness of the lovely owners. We wanted a location away from the two main bridges for traffic reasons,and away from the main boardwalk area for noise and day tripper traffic so the "Gold Coast" area was important to us as was being on the main road next to the beac called Wesley Ave. We loved the 22nd st location because we also had the boardwalk across the street. The house was simply unbelievable ! Clean, beautifully decorated, Modern, and the 60" Flatscreen was perfect for family time movies!! The roof top deck and view of the entire island was just amazing,which we enjoyed during happy hours each night :) The house looks brand new and we ivited our friends renting down the street over to see it and they couldnt believe this was OC beach house......The owners were so quick to respond with anwers to each of my emailed questions, the VRBO rental process was seamless concluding with our security deposit be returned with in 5 days. Now for the best part about VRBO: The Savings but using VRBO vs Realtors. We saved hundreds of dollars for the same week vs had we gone thru the realtors for the same house,plus the processing/Admin fee all the realtor's charge. Kudo's to these owners for passing on the commission fees to their VRBO tenants. We sure had fun on the boardwalk with that savings.....Thank's for a wonderful vacation in a truly amazing House!! First Class Home and First Class Proud Owners................We are planning for next summer already!!
