  The location was great. It was near main highways, parks, restaurants, grocery stores. Quiet neighbor hood. Loved the private heated pool. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

  Our stay this year was absolutely wonderful. We were extremely pleased with the property we rented in Kissimmee Fl. It was decorated very nice, the florida room and heated pool were wonderful. It was a very quiet location and yet it very close to all the destinations we needed: Disney World, Magic Kingdom Animal Kingdom, Sea Worldl and all the other beautiful sights in Florida. Thank you so much for everything...My 7 year old daughter loved her room, the dvd, and the swimming pool.....

  My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks at the house and found it ti be nicely decorated with a beautiful screened in pool. We found stores, restaurants and theme parks were conveniently located nearby. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners.

  A lovely home with good space. Everything was sparkling clean. The pool area is enclosed with netting which keeps it virtually bug free. The two bedrooms are not located next to each other and offer good privacy. The location is very convenient to Disney World. I highly recommend this home to others.

  I was pleasantly surprised to find this 2 bedroom house to be more than we could ask for for the price. It is very spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. Each bedroom has a full walk-in closet and own bathroom. Everything was very clean, which is most important to us! The pool was beautiful and good sized. The location in the Indian Wells Community sets this rental apart from others. It is literally one of the closest places you can rent to the gates of Disney outside of staying inside Disney! There was a Super Walmart 3/4 of a mile away, which was very convenient! Subway, Quizzno's, Pizza shops, and gas are within walking distance. Plus nearly any other kind of restaurant you may want within 2 miles! We went back to the house almost everyday during the day as a break from the Disney hustle and bustle. The owner was very easy to work with. We had one issue with pool heat not being turned on but the owner fully refunded the amount paid for pool heat and I the check for the refund was at my house before I even returned home. I would highly recommend this rental...especially since you can have a beautiful spacious house for the same price as one hotel room!! Rent this house, you won't be sorry!

  Had a wonderful stay. The house was spacious and close to all the Disney parks. Having Walmart close was an extra bonus with 3 kids. Backyard was nice for the our pets and boys to play. The pool was great after a long day at the parks. House was quiet. Owner was always helpful and can't wait to visit again.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children.

  Owner response: We try to maintain our home so that the prospective renters feel as much at home as possible. the proximity to the various parks and shopping are an added benefit, in our opinion.

  This spacious two bedroom home is ideal for a small family or group of friends. Its heated, enclosed pool is comfortable and provides an excellent private deck area to sun, read and enjoy snack or mealtime company. This property is within 15 minutes of major entertainment attractions, as well as a multitude of golf courses. It is located in a small, quiet community and affords the visitor all the amenities of home.
