Brand new luxurious, Non-Smoking villa have four bedrooms including two en-suite masters, three baths, and a heated pool with SPA. The home sleeps up to ten people comfortably. It is honestly 12 minutes from Disney World near all the major attractions.

* Master Bedroom #1 - King bed, en-suite bath, cable TV, and phone.
* Master bedroom #2 - Queen bed, en-suite bath, cable TV, and phone.
* Bedroom #3 - 2 twin beds with cable TV.
* Bedroom #4 - Twin beds decorated in Disney theme with cable TV.
* Bedroom #3 and Bedroom #4 share the third bathroom.
There is a sofabed situated in the family room that sleeps an additional two persons if required. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player, Game Cube with small selection of games, movies, and books in living area. Pool Table, Game Table and Gas BBQ. Fully-equipped kitchen. High chair, crib, and stroller are available at no cost.
The heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an HOT TUB by the pool for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully-screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. The east-facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. The stunning extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. With no house in the back yards, it gives a feeling of tranquillity and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. Patio furniture is provided. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence.

This house was the perfect place to stay for a 2 week Disney vacation. We would eat breakfast and head to the park for opening, leave mid-afternoon and come back to the house. The kids could swim in the private pool and relax. We would eat dinner and head back for evening activities. The house was neat and clean and I would definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice and very close to all of the parts. 15 mins to Disney and 25 to Universal with NO TOLLS! yay! The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice and the hot tub too. The beds are comfortable as well.Wal MArt is 5 mins away and a gym is only 10 minutes away. I would stay here again on a visit to Orlando.

My daughter, her family and I spent one week in this home. It was very clean, and close to everything. Restaurants, Walmart and Disney World. I would reccomend this home for any family.

We recently stayed at this vacation home on our first family holiday with our 3 small children. It was all and more than we could have hoped for. I was nervous booking it online as we travelled from Ontario. The house was exactly as pictured and very close to Disney- literally 10 min to each park. Everything was great! We spent 6 nights here while visiting Disney. House is 15 mins from Disney....very easy travel between house and Disney. Not far off I-4. The house was well kept and clean. In a great neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone. Everything was just like the photos. Helen (owner) was great to work with....very quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend this house and will stay here next time we visit Orlando.

House was very roomy and spacious, clean, and well stocked for daily living. Had 5-6 during our stay to include 3 and 5 year daughters. Pictures were very representive of the house, however the whole house was much bigger than the pictures depirct. 10 min or less drive to all Disney theme parks same to the variety of restaurants around. We did not frequent any as we would prepare meals at the house. Compared to ANY hotel or resort, this is the ONLY way to go.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Big clean Home, With Garage. Enough of 8 people. Nice Area. Just few mins away from Disney and other attractions it really saves time in commute. Felt like coming back to own home after having busy day in Disney World or SeaWorld. Much better than Hotel.
