  From booking to departure, it was a breeze, Helene was great to deal with and everything that was promised was there. It was our first time renting a house and must say that with a baby.... Having a washer and dryer on vacation is a must!!! The house was clean and within 15 to20 minutes from everything. Great experience, no complaints.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  RENTERS, BEWARE of incorrect/deceiving descriptions/photos as is the case with this property. "Stunning extended deck" ?? NO DECK - just an area around the pool "No house in backyard/high degree of privacy" - Yes there is no house BUT there IS A 2 STORY APT. BUILD. Looming over the backyard/pool! NO Covered Parking, VCR/Radio/CD Player Icemaker doesn't work SOFA BED - HORRIBLE - mattress/springs fall through the frame when opened up - 3 of our family had to sleep in the king bed because sofa was so awful. Owners expect guest to sleep on this Owner's statement - " descriptions made in good faith". REALLY? Trash left outside from previous renters. We had to rebag 6 of the 7 bags, haul them into the garage for 4 days, drag them back out then for trash pickup. Trash from previous renters found under the pathetic sofa bed Laundry/Kitchen area filthy dirty So-called game room in the dirty garage Dirty toilet Metal ironing board had no cover on which to iron Broom and dustpan - useless Clothes washer- clunks through cycles - not sure it even spins OTHER minor problems Nice pool and clean refrigerator Management did respond quickly and fixed a beeping smoke alarm Close to Disney We value our family and wanted to give them a nice vacation. We did enjoy our family time together but wish it had been in a different house where owners value their guests. We WILL NOT RETURN

  Owner response: I am sorry that you don't like our house. I wish you contacted me or the manager regarding the issues you listed in the review so we could correct them during your stay. It looks like the last guests used the sofa bed broke the sofa bed but did not notify us. Since it is not used frequently, the cleaner did not check it before guests checking in. I would at least send in a air bed for your party if you contacted me so you don't need to have 3 people on one bed. We will replace the sofa bed or add an airbed to the house. Because the city only collect the garbage once a week, there are always some garbage left by the previous guests. The cleaner pulled out the garbage can out. Obviously some wild animals visited the garbage after cleaners left. I would send cleaner back to clean up the garbage if you contacted me for that. Sorry for the trouble. I already spoke with the manager to remind the cleaner about this. The washer is a brand new one bought last April and the cleaner washed all towels, sheets every week. Is that possible the noise is caused by unbalanced load? I am not sure which iron board you refer to, there is a new one in the master bedroom. I will ask the manager to check on the VCR/DVD player. It is new again which we bought late last year. I have notified you that the game room is in the garage and we power washed it last Dec. It should not be dirty. I am sorry that the deck is not as large as you expected, but it is exactly what we show you in the pictures. I wish you enjoyed our comfortable beds, plenty of good quality towels, sheets. Again, sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for staying in our vacation house. I will work with the manager to make your dream vacation.

  This is our family's third time going to the Orlando area for Disney (though the grown ups have been many times before kids!), but it was the first time we stayed off-site. We were very pleased! For half the price of a Disney resort (Cabins, for example: 1 BR, 1 BA) we had this lovely 4 BR, 3 BA house with our own private, heated pool! When we booked it we didn't even consider how much earlier we'd all be ready each morning with the additional baths. It probably save an hour a day! Plus, the drive to the parks was very short (less than 15 minutes mostly) and was much faster than relying on the Disney transportation. Even with the cost of renting a minivan and paying for parking at the parks ($14/day), we came out ahead. We've already been discussing future visits and have recommended this home to others. Thank you!

  My family and I stayed here and had a great time. With having 4 children, ages 11, 5,4 and 2 it was perfect! Very close to Disney and to Sea World, the tip to get to Disney you provided was wonderful. No traffic there or on our way back. I would recommend this home to everyone thinking about staying in a house rather than a hotel. Pool was great to have, after the parks whoever was still up could swim.

  My family spent a whole week here and really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and enjoy the space that we are used to at home. My daughter loved swimming in the pool and hot tub many of the nights. The owners went above and beyond to help me with any questions or needs that I had requested. I really appreciated their kindness. We would definitely look at renting this home again in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

  I recently booked this home due to the great reviews and the reviews on cleanliness... However I was completelt shocked upon arrival.... We traveled from MI to FL as 2 familys totally 8 guest 4 Adults and 4 Kids ...Upon arrival to the home we found trash outside of the hottub, Outside around the pool area, Dust caked on the walls in the kitchen and dining area... And a pool which was not maintained as nor heated in which we paid for.and a hot tub that was only half full of water... I called Helen upon arrival and she did have someone come out and maintenace the pool that evening however it was broken so the next day it had finally gotten Warm enough to swim in and for the hottub we had to add water and plug it in to heat which took 18 hours ( I guess I expected things to be ready as soon as we got there since we paid extra for heated commodites... As for the cleanliness of the home.. We found dirty socks and a broken pic under a bed in the princess room, A dirty med cup in the queen bedroom and popocorn in the livingroom area.. Please keep in mind this home is supposedly professionally cleaned weekly.... Dusy caked on the kitchen ceiling as well as walls.... a broken blender,can opener toaster and no working phones as well as no internet connection...A washer that spun onnly on one cycle and a dryer so loud that u couldnt hear a thing over it.. The game room was only a small pool table an fooseball table in the garage which was filthy.... The home had a great location and Helen was a peach to work with as far as booking this home..... But our families will not be returning... Helen did return our security dep as well as 50.00 due to the incovience of the pool. My advice check out another rental.. perferably one thats visited by the owner a few timeas a year

  Owner response: We made a mistake in the system which resulted with pool heat and hot tub were not turned on for that week. The manager turned on the pool heat and hot tub immediately after guests contacted us but it took time to warm it up. We apologized to the guests and provided refunds for the inconvenience. We usually do a deep cleaning in the house every 3 to 6 months because regular cleaning won't clean the places hard to reach such as under the beds or ceiling fans. The house was scheduled for deep cleaning in 2 weeks when there is a break in bookings. We offered to send cleaner back to clean the place where guests complained about but they refused. We will work harder to keep the house in best shape and make guests happy.

  The house was very nice and very close to all of the parts. 15 mins to Disney and 25 to Universal with NO TOLLS! yay! The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool is nice and the hot tub too. The beds are comfortable as well.Wal MArt is 5 mins away and a gym is only 10 minutes away. I would stay here again on a visit to Orlando.

  We recently stayed at this vacation home on our first family holiday with our 3 small children. It was all and more than we could have hoped for. I was nervous booking it online as we travelled from Ontario. The house was exactly as pictured and very close to Disney- literally 10 min to each park. When we visit Orlando again we will most definitely book it again! Thanks for letting us enjoy your beautiful home.

  Everything was great! We spent 6 nights here while visiting Disney. House is 15 mins from Disney....very easy travel between house and Disney. Not far off I-4. The house was well kept and clean. In a great neighborhood. Plenty of space for everyone. Everything was just like the photos. Helen (owner) was great to work with....very quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend this house and will stay here next time we visit Orlando.

  House was very roomy and spacious, clean, and well stocked for daily living. Had 5-6 during our stay to include 3 and 5 year daughters. Pictures were very representive of the house, however the whole house was much bigger than the pictures depirct. 10 min or less drive to all Disney theme parks same to the variety of restaurants around. We did not frequent any as we would prepare meals at the house. Compared to ANY hotel or resort, this is the ONLY way to go.

  Big clean Home, With Garage. Enough of 8 people. Nice Area. Just few mins away from Disney and other attractions it really saves time in commute. Felt like coming back to own home after having busy day in Disney World or SeaWorld. Much better than Hotel.

  This house was great for our Disney vacation. It was only one exit off the highway from the parks and close to a grocery store and a Target. For the price you will not find a better place. Any questions I had were Answered by Helen very quickly. The pool was very private with orange groves in the back. The house was fully stocked with everything you we needed for cooking and sleeping. If you are still looking for a place to stay on your vacation, you can stop here.

  We Stayed in the house the week of 2-6-10. The house was great. The location was perfect for Disney and Sea World. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Unfortuneately, the weather was cold and we were only able to use the pool 1 day, but the hot tub was used daily. We will rent again next time we are in Florida. Thanks Helen.

  This house is a dream come true .We stayed in the villa for 7 nights and had the feeling we were in a warm family home.It is a beautiful house,the kitchen is fully equipped,the pool was great, and so was the BBQ gril.The kids were really happy there. The internet connection enabled us to do some work.We arrived to Orlando from New-York and had some laundry.The washing machine and the drier were a great help.It is located so close to Disney and to outlet stores and restaurants.It is the perfect option for a family vacation.We will certainly recommend this house to our friends.Thank you Helen, it was a real pleasure.

  We just stayed 5 nights at this house and had a great time. My husband played golf at Champions Gate two minutes away. It was wonderful for the kids to swim in the morning, for me to make a big lunch (using the grill and lovely kitchen!) and then hit the parks (10 mins away) packing our own snacks and drinks. It was also nice to come back to a house, where we could really spread out, relax and unwind. My husband and I both had to do some work, and the wireless connection worked great. I also think we used the huge master bath tub every night! Helen was a pleasure to work with, and I almost can't picture doing the Disney thing again without this house!

  my family of 8 said this was the best idea i came up with for a trip to disney. we had rain for 6 days, this house kept our kids so busy that they did not even care that most park days were rained out, the game room was their "CLUB" for the week. dealing with HELEN was a pleasure. 7 ELEVEN 2 MINUTES AWAY, WALMART SUPERCENTER 5 MINUTES AWAY. all major parks 10/20 minutes away. when we did get into the pool it was great having it screened in. being able to do laundry was a major plus. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL ME FOR A RECOMENDATION ON THIS HOUSE. we will definitely rent with HELEN again.

  We stayed at this beautiful villa from Apr 18-25/09 and had a wonderful time. We had two families stay here, and the fact that there were two separate "master" bedrooms was wonderful and very private. The home is exactly as pictured. The pool was amazing, and the community is very quiet, clean and lovely. The house was perfectly located for all our attendances at Disney, Universal, Old Town and Wal-Mart! The King bed was more comfortable than my own! My 3 year old loved the themed rooms - slept in Mickey's and played in the Princess roomk. We were very sad to leave, and will definitely stay here again. Helen was a pleasure to deal with, as was the management company. We highly recommend this rental.

  This house was the perfect place to stay for a 2 week Disney vacation. We would eat breakfast and head to the park for opening, leave mid-afternoon and come back to the house. The kids could swim in the private pool and relax. We would eat dinner and head back for evening activities. The house was neat and clean and I would definitely stay here again!

  We thorougly enjoyed our stay at your house in this very quiet gated community. Clean, spacious and the pool was so great for the kids after those hot days at Disney. It was in the perfect location - just minutes from all the parks - I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants more than a one room hotel.   We loved staying in this house and had a great time. The house was very clean and exactly as depicted in the online pictures. We were pleased with the location being close to the parks and being so close to Walmart for all our shopping needs. The kids loved the pool and spent lots of time in it. It was nice that there were some pool toys there. We also enjoyed being neighbors with a family of Florida sandhill cranes. All questions and needs were answered by Helen or the management team on a timely basis. All in all, it was a great experience and we would not hestitate to recommend it to others and to visit the house again ourselves.

  This villa is the place to stay if you are visiting Florida. Very clean, spacious, includes all amendities you could ask for and more. Two master suites with full baths and a gorgeous outdoor heated pool. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!!!

  We had a great vacation and your home was very nice. We had 10 in our traveling party and there was plenty of room for all of us. We would definately recommend this property to others and look forward to renting from you again.

  We had a wonderful time and were very impressed with this house. It was very clean, spacious and equipped with lots of linens and plenty of dishes. We loved having the washer & dryer. One of my favorite things was the large garden tubs in each of the master bedrooms. Our grandkids loved having their own rooms with their very own TV. Management responded very good when we had a light bulb out at the entrance and also need a combination for the grill lock. The pool table and game tables were wobbly so we did not use them, however, the pool and hot tub were used almost every day. The gated community is wonderful and the palm trees lining the entrance are beautiful. I would recommend this to anyone needing an affordable but lovely home with lots of space. It is much better than a hotel and we were able to do some of our own cooking making it less expensive than having to go out all the time. It was very close to Disney as well as shopping. We will definately consider your home again when we travel to Florida. Thank you!

  We were very impressed with this house. It was very nice and had plenty of towels and linens. I loved the bathrooms with the garden tubs. It was nice having three bathrooms. Our grandkids loved their seperate rooms and were real impressed that they had their own TV too. The pool & hot tub were great after walking all day in the parks. It was a short drive to Wal Mart as well as to the Disney parks. We used the washer and dryer several times. It came in real handy. The only things we were disappointed in were the pool table & game table were real wobbly so did not use. We got the combination to unlock the grill, however, it was dirty. We cleaned it and then used it a couple of times to cook out. We did clean it again after we used it. Also, directly behind the house there are several buildings (apts. or condo's) now. We had to contact the Management to change the outside light and get the combination lock for the grill and got very good service from them. This property is very well maintained and has beautiful palm trees lining the drive into the gated community. We would definately recommend this property for a family wanting to stay where it is reasonably priced as well as a good location. We will definately consider renting this property again and will recommend it to our family and friends when they visit Florida.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Hi Helen, Thank you so much for our wonderful stay in your Florida villa. We had two families, total of 9 of us. There was plenty of room and it was so clean upon arrival. The location was minutes from the Disney Theme parks. I would highly recommend your villa, and look forward to staying there again. Thanks again-

  We had such a wonderful stay at the villa, we were so impressed with the cleanliness of this home. The convenience of a close grocery store and a Walgreens was wonderful. It was such easy access to Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet n Wild. We would highly recommend this particular home to our friends and family. We look forward to additional stays at this house. The beds were very comfortable, our teen-age son even enjoyed the sleeper sofa! Many thanks for the peace of mind of an easy rental.
