We are located smack in the middle of the fruit belt. In season there is local road side produce,fresh fruit and u-pick farms. We are also along the Michigan wine trail, there are wineries winetasting and tours and the Lake Michigan Shore Line is all but a few minutes away. We are just 39 miles from the Indiana border, not to close not to far but plenty to do and enjoy year around.

This property was the perfect balance between comfort, setting and price. You're minutes away from 2 great wineries making a beautiful evening on the lake tastier than ever. Very lax and creative setting....from a vintage Bob Dylan mag framed on the wall to a palm tree light, then out on the beach with your feet in the water. Excellent eye candy! Fully stacked with what you need for a great get away. Can't wait to get back.

What a relaxing week away from everyday stress we spent here! This place has it all. Very clean, comfortable, quiet with all the amenities of a Bed & Breakfast & more. The lake views are breathtaking. We recommend morning coffee on the beautiful deck & S'mores by the fire pit at night. Very nice beach, dock & three types of BBQ grills, games....explore nearby Big Lake or stay right there. Owners patient & kind, helpful. We can't wait to go back.

The house was perfect for a week of fun and relaxation for our family. Everything you would need in the house and was so happy with the accomodations. We rented a boat and that worked out great to enjoy the lake daily for swimming and fishing. Great location for grocery store, drug store and farm markets. Made a trip to South Haven which was lots of fun. Thanks for sharing your house with us.

Pictures and description don't do this rental justice. Great location on the lake. Basically all you need are your personal items and you're ready to have a very relaxing vacation. We took a trip to South Haven, which is about 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed downtown St Joseph, which is only about 15 minutes from this cottage. St Joseph offers a variety of shops, restaurants, craft fairs, carnivals and concerts plus a beautiful beach on Lake Michigan. The location of this rental offers so many options that you'll never be bored. Full grocery store and drug store also within less than 5 minute drive.
