  We regularly come to Naples since 2001. This is the first time we rented a house in Naples Park. It was a very positive experience and Mick, the owner of the house, is very personable, helpful and knowledgable. Primrose Cottage is pretty spacious inside, nicley renovated with sufficienty equipped kitchen and a new, soft matress in the master bedroom. Cosy sitting area, TVs everywhere. The pool area is fenced, screened and big trees around the fence provide lots of privacy and shade on the terasse and in the house. In case you need to work on your computer: Internet connection is slow (satellite dish). Vanderbilt beach with public access is in walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and well connected to shopping areas and 2 movie theaters. Overall, a good renting experience and reasonably priced.

  We stayed at the cottage for 10 days in October and couldn't have been more pleased with our choice of property and location . Just 5mins in car gets you to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach /state park . The property itself is as another reviewer described superb and as they said the pictures do not do it justice . Mick was more than helpfull in things that we asked of him and we would highly recommend this as a perfect place to base your holiday

  We loved staying here and are hoping to making a return visit. The house is fully renovated, with beautiful granite kitchen and baths, new furnishings, all very clean, also very spacious. We loved the pool area - nice, new lounge chairs, nice landscaping, very private and peaceful. I agree with another reviewer here who says that the photos don't do the property justice. We were really impressed and very comfortable. We had never rented a house before and were a little nervous, but we were very pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood is somewhat mixed - newly renovated mixed with homes needing renovation - but this property is a beautiful little private oasis! Mick is a very conscientious and responsive owner who personally tends to any issues that may arise. The location is great - convenient to everything - a wide variety of restaurants and shops and a short drive to Old Naples. The beach parking worked out great! My personal preference -- my husband dropped me off with the beach gear just before the entrance to Wiggins State Park. He entered and parked. Then he walked a few feet back to the entrance, and we used the beach access right between Wiggins & Vanderbilt Beach. We did this because we preferred the pristine sand of Vanderbilt Beach. We kept getting ant bites on Wiggins beach but no bites at all three feet away on Vanderbilt Beach. Other people didn't seem to be bothered, but just thought I'd pass on my tip. We loved walking & sunsets on both beaches & the parking pass was a huge benefit. ...We loved the house & would definitely recommend!

  Primrose Cottage is a lovely, clean pool home perfectly located in a quiet yet friendly neighborhood. A half block away from million dollar homes and a several mile walking/biking trail besides the beautiful Collier Co. Community Park with great tennis, bocce,basketball and a wildlife preserve trail. A 10 minute drive takes you to great restaurants, shopping, Vanderbilt Beach and Wiggins State Park. Owners Mick and Sue live 5 minutes away and maintain their rental homes in excellent condition. Also the lanai and pool are in total privacy in case you need that "all over tan". We highly recommend this property.

  The photo's don't do this wonderful property justice! Very clean on arrival with a lovely note from the owners and a welcome pack too. Location is excellent for all local attractions and the beaches are very closeby. The owners have been very good in keeping in touch both before and during our stay and I/we would have no hesitiation in recommending this property. Located in a quiet neighbourhood there is easy access to Tamiami Highway and the Everglades are only 45 minutes away. Naples town centre is 15 minutes with the usual trappings with a variety of good restaurants and stores.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  We had a fantastic time at this property. It was a real home from home. The swimming pool in the back garden was out of this world. Would certainly return and recommend to others. Owners extremely friendly and helpful. Simply fantastic.
