Also, you have free access to El Taj Oceanfront pool next to El Taj beach club.

Why the Owner Chose El Taj Beachside:
My wife and I have looked all over the world for an intimate, exquisitely built penthouse in the heart of a beautiful seaside village. We found two friends that shared the same dream when they planned to build El Taj in 2005 as private residences for themselves and twelve other exclusive condos with only 4 penthouses. This was the perfect opportunity that my wife and I had been looking for and agreed to buy one of the penthouses before construction had started. We were stunned at the result when El Taj was finished in 2007. Because the two builders planned on building their two personal residences on premises, they kept upgrading the project with custom and authentic architectural features they brought over in containers from Bali and Indonesia. The result was a custom exotic work of art comparable to the finest boutique hotel in the most celebrated resort areas in the world. Although all of us owners can live full time at El Taj if we so choose, we all wanted luxury hotel services for ourselves and our guests. Therefore, we manage the property as a 5 star hotel with all the amenities of fine hotels. The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
El Taj is in the perfect location on a tree lined narrow street next to the ocean. When you exit the grounds through the huge authentic Bali doors onto the cobblestone narrow street, you enter the heart of Playa del Carmen. They describe the area as third world chic with a counter culture ethos. With it's bohemian roots several years ago and the 40% European tourist influence, the village oozes cool sophistication. The beautiful people dress at night to go for late dinners alfresco under the stars and clubbing until all hours of the morning. Of all the Caribbean islands, nothing compares to "Playa" with it's Latin culture, European style, and incredible beauty of the Caribbean waters and the Yucatan.
