End unit second row elegantly furnished townhouse in Surf City on Topsail Island, NC. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms (king, queen, 2 fulls), 3.5 baths, 2 sitting areas (one has a sleeper sofa), and a loft (full bed), a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area with seating for 8, and two decks. Outdoor hot/cold shower and a 2-car covered parking underneath unit are available. TVs in bedrooms and the two sitting areas. Many extra: beach chairs, games, cards, DVDs. Extra for kids: port-a-crib, booster chairs, stroller, tricycle, and beach toys.
The house is directly across from the private beach access (~70 yards) and steps from the shared private complex pool (10 yards). A public playground is across the street (100 yards)!
The house is about 1.5 miles to the center of surf city where all the restaurants, stores, and an IGA grocery store are located. Mini golf and the public tennis courts at the Surf City Community Center are around 5 miles away (and so is Food Lion). Several day spas are nearby on the island. The Gypsy Sun center (2 miles) offers daily drop in lessons in Yoga, Nia, Tai Chi, and Belly Dance. There are several fitness studios nearby where a day pass can be purchased. Bike paths are available throughout the island. For those who want outdoor sport equipment, Herring’s Outdoor Sports is half a mile away complete with Kayak launching area into the intercoastal waterway. Bike, jet Skis, baot rentals can be arranged.
For treats, our favorite fudge place is the Topsail Island Trading Company (1 mile). The best deal on scooped ice-cream on the island can be found the convenience market across the street (40 yards).
Our property is professionally managed by a rental management company on the island and we will contact them to handle all the arrangements. They make sure that the house is cleaned and inspected after each guest. Cleaning fees are included in the listed weekly rates.
We typically rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) in the high season unless it’s within a week of the booking date.

Great Time at 120 Summer Winds!
We were so pleased with this vacation rental!!! First and foremost, when we arrived to the unit it had been thoroughly cleaned. The couches had even been vacuumed, it was dust free, bathrooms were spotless and there were even mints waiting on the pillows! Whoever is doing your cleaning service right now is doing an excellent job! We were pleased to find that the rental was just like the photos. There were very nice furnishings throughout the townhouse. Also, the owners have really thought through how to furnish the property and have done an awesome job! I love that there is a bed and a sitting area in the loft and I also appreciated that there were desks and end tables in the bedrooms... it seems like a small thing, but it goes a long way for convenience. We had great access to the beach and appreciated the internet service as well. My sister's family had to change their beach house cause it was so dirty and run down, but not us. We felt like we were in the lap of luxury the whole time we were there. It was a great choice and I would definitely recommend it to anybody as it does offer so much for the money. Kudos to the owners for a great property!

Why the Owner Chose Surf City:
We like Topsail Island because it's less developed and calmer than other North Carolina beaches. As to our particular house, well, we picked it because of all the conveniences it affords. It has a view of the Ocean and the gazebo on the beach access. Across the street on one side of the complex is a playground perfect for kids and on the other is market for forgotten essentials and ice cream. The location is also quite close to restaurants and shopping while still being relatively quiet.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
While at our house, we love to sit on the beach, go for walks, bike rides, eat fudge from Topsail Trading Co, go kayaking, or simply sit on our balcony with a cup of coffee or a cold drink.
