2 Queen beds, 1 and 1/2 baths (sleeps 6) just added for even lower prices. Adorable and affordable. If you are traveling with 2-4 people its a good fit. The sofa bed is actually comfortable and will sleep 2 more (6 total).
Small dog friendly with pet fee and deposit. Sorry no cats. We clean, sanitize and remove any animal traces if you are worried about pet odors. Clean is top priority!

This beautiful townhouse has just been completely updated from top to bottom with lovely furnishings and new everything! Pillow top master bedroom mattress & the second bed has memory foam. Prior guests have said they loved previewing what it would be like to have a memory foam bed. Great for sore backs. Granite kitchen island, fantastic views, and lots of room. Feels like home - quiet area right next to a bustling and fun resort. Location is absolutely awesome. Every guest who has stayed here tells me they LOVE the location.

The large bedroom UPSTAIRS has two queen beds, walk-in closet, full bath with large shower and a balcony. TVs have DVD players. The spacious DOWNSTAIRS has a 1/2 bath, with a futon style sofa for extra guests. Just redecorated.
LIVING AREA: Living/kitchen area features a granite island, zen/modern clean and calm atmosphere, beautiful view of the water, kitchen (range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, pots/pans. Private telephone (local calls only), television and DVD player. Beach towels, hair dryer, start up paper supplies. SLEEPS four in beds and 2 more with sofa. Tile floors are cool in summer and more sanitary than carpet, with accent area rugs.

A last minute trip as a surprise for my girls and a friend of theirs.......The Wizzarding World of Harry Potter one day, one day of rest (the girls hit the pool) then Gormet McDonalds for dinner. Universal again the next day. Back to the condo to pass out after letting the chihuahua's check out the local cats that run around the grounds. A quiet nights sleep, up the next morning packed up and headed back north. I did accidently drive off with the parking pass though and was able to put it in the mail. The over all experience was wonderful and I would recommend this location to anyone........it is so close to everything!! Drive down and look at the discount disney products that are so high in the parks...my girls were able to get inexpensive gifts for friends! Hope to return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Wow! We moved from a yucky place on 192 in Kissimmee to your place. What a huge difference! We were trying to cram 5 of us into a little box with 2 queen beds. At your place, with 2 beds upstairs and the sleeper sofa down we had fun taking turns sleeping in different beds. Mark liked the memory foam mattress, I liked the pillow top and the kids had fun with the sleeper sofa. They liked the way it clicked open and the end would click up to a headrest. It was easy to enforce bedtime...fireworks over, lights out! We ate breakfast in and packed sandwiches for the parks. Saved us a ton to have a stove and fridge. We'll forget hotels from now on. About the owner: Have been in real estate for many years and always thought I would enjoy offering vacation rentals nicely decorated and in a great location for visitors to Orlando. Also wanted to be pet friendly - AND super clean since that's what I need when we travel. I live nearby and enjoy welcoming newcomers to Florida. Orlando is such fun to visit or to live here. Training my Carin Terrier, Mr. Butters and Kokomo the Havanese pup keep me busy. We travel to the Keys often and I am very aware of genuine hospitaity and well cared for vacation properties. I do as much as possible to provide the best for my guests and welcome your suggestions.
