  WOW! Where to begin.... We have been visiting the OBX for 30+ years and have stayed in Corolla down to Hatteras. We have always gone through a management company to rent and now realize what a pain it is to deal with and pay for that service. The owners of the house are in constant communication from the time you make the reservation until the vacation is over. The house has all the ammenities of home. It was clean and they make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay.I really cant say enough good things about Judy. The house is private and is perfect for families. Without a doubt, we will be staying in this house again!! Thanks Judy.

  We had a wonderful time at the Beech House! Enjoyed everything from the pool to the pool table. Judy was most responsive during booking process and very flexible about our dates. It was so nice to find the "little extras" already there: condiments, spices, paper plates and napkins, etc. Another plus was the availability of bikes, basketball, beach/pool floats (even though we didn't use any of them this trip). Judy even arranged to open the pool early in case we wanted to use it. The hot tub was my favorite part!! Thanks, Judy and Craig, for making our beach stay at Beech House such a great experience! We hope to visit again!!

  From the first to the last time I contacted the owners, they were nothing but kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend working with them. The home was clean, updated, and felt like I was staying in a home rather than a rental. Well stocked kitchen with amazing updated large appliances, small appliances, nice pans, and even the small supplies for the home were there. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, and nicely decorated. I love that the home has 2 master bedrooms & bathrooms (both with King beds) which worked out great for taking 2 families. There are 2 other rooms with bunk beds and a trundle bed, and the loft has 2 queen beds and a futon (it's on the 3rd floor so it has it's own private area with a door that closes. The home also has another full bath and a half bath, there is PLENTY of room in this home. We came in January and the weather was pretty cold so we spent lots of time in the hot tub. It was well maintained and in great condition. The screened in porch was great for hanging out in and the yard was big enough to have the kids run around in. We were unable to use the pool this trip, but can only imagine how nice it would be in the summer. The home is not on the beach, but a VERY short drive ( 2 minutes) to get there a was not a problem for us. It was close to shopping, easy drive to the Wrights Brother Memorial, and Jockey's Ridge. You can tell the owner take pride in their home and it shows. We would highly recommend this home.

• Great house!

  The owner was easy to communicate and work with, and the house was great with a fair price. The kitchen is gorgeous and we loved that all the switches were labeled as to what they went to (ceiling fan, foyer light, lamp, etc). Very clean!

  We had a wonderful time in the house, everything you can think of needing and more was available. We got together, for the first time in Kitty Hawk, to attend a wedding, there was 12 of us in the house and all enjoyed every minute. A sure bet!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our week in OBX. The house was absolutely gorgeous and equipped beyond measure! It was so convenient to all the beaches and having the pool was an added plus! We all really liked that aspect of our visit. We would definitely like to return there another summer, good Lord willing! God bless!

  The house is super nice and does not have the "beach house" feel but feels like an elegant family house. Having a private pool is awesome for the kids! The kids also loved the recreation room up on the top floor! Owner was awesome to communicate with!

  Our stay was beyond our expecatations! The home is gorgeous and perfectly situatated and was suited for our family and friends! Judy went above and beyond to make sure that every and all that we spoke about would be done and if we had a question, she was easily a phone call away. Easily ONE of the BEST vacations we've ever had! Thank you so much:D.

  We felt so at home. The pictures look like the home but it doesn't capture the full charm. You must see it for yourself. We will be back.
