This a great 3 br house to getaway for the weekend/week. Completely renovated in 2008. Sleeps 8. It is located in Waterville Valley estates putting it within 10-15 minutes to Waterville Valley Village/Ski Area and Lincoln (Loon Mountain area). The place is fully furnished, all you need is yourself, clothes and ski equipment and your all set. It is located about 100 yards from the community center. The community center is fully equipped. It has 3 pools(one outside, 2 inside), 2 jacuzzi's (outside/inside), basketball court, exercise room, locker rooms, sauna, game room, function hall, tennis courts, swimming pond, and a brand new bar. This house is perfect if you want the quietness of NH, but still want plenty of activities to do if you chose too.
