  I don't even know where to start,Ebb tide was like visiting heaven for a month.The place was very clean and well maintained.There was so much memorabilia around and with all personal family items,you really felt like part of there family.Ebb Tide is a very relaxing,confortable,private romantic getaway,the beach views are amazing,all shopping within minutes,Ponce Inlet lighthouse,many attractions close by.You can tell there is a lot of love from Michael and Leslie and there kids put into there home here.We stayed here for a month and never tired of Ebb Tide,I want to thank Mike and Leslie from the bottom of our hearts for making our dreams come true and we will be back.Once you visit Ebb Tide I can guarantee you will be back

  Awesome! The ultimate quintessential Florida beach house! The property and beach are uniquely preserved the way nature intended. If you are looking for solitude and tranquility this is the place for you. This is truly a loved home portraying a rich family history and respect for the beach. Staying here is like visiting an old friend. You will find everything you need including the time and peace to reflect on what is really important. Perfect harmony - can't say enough!

  Best place ever - private - funky - gorgeous - quiet - you'll feel a million miles away from everything. Completely comfortable home - with everything you could want. You'll never want to leave, and you'll be back soon. Can't say enough good things about Ebb Tide!

  Outstanding! VIEW, surf, stars, beach, fishing, grilling, deck, hamock, deckshowers, paddle boards, surfboards, security, location, king bed, host or ghost... path to beach, amazing memories. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven!

  This home Is a wonder to behold. A gem, from the seashell driveway to all the unique and special memoribilia, it is has everything to amaze young and old alike. Our family, looking for peaceful and quiet vacation, had an amazing time at Ebb Tide. Mornings after a calm and liesurely breakfast were spent watching the kids run up and down the beach, collecting seashells and making sandcastles. After lunch we would check out some of the local attractions. The turtle hospital is a great place to see and touch (the stingrays) and experience the local wildlife. The light house and all it's history is not to be missed, and don't forget to take a walk out on the jetty. After dinner we would relax and wait for nightfall when we would take the kids, with flashlights, out onto the beach, tell spooky stories, and take in the wonderment of it all. The owners Michael and Leslie are wonderful and gracious hosts, full of information and available to address any situation. They made our stay that much better. Our children loved Ebb Tide. There has not been a day , since we have been home, that they have not mentioned the beach and wanting to learn how to surf. We look forward to visiting again, in the future, when the weather is a little more cooperative. Thank you Michael and Leslie for sharing your amazing home with us. It is 'One of a kind'.

  What an absolutely wonderful home! I had the most amazing time here and it's charm is truly unique. It is beautiful, romantic, peaceful, and the porch had the best "morning coffee spot" I have ever had! I think what made it even better was Michael! Thank you for sharing your home....and what a joy to see the love of family that surrounds it! I'll see you next summer... :)

  We just returned a few hours ago from one of the very best beach experiences of my life.....and this is over 50 years. This was by far the most special beach house I (and my family) have ever experienced. Words cannot really describe how incredibly special and personal this rental property is and has touched as well as inspired all of us. Ponce Inlet has been my special place for many years and this week allowed us to experience this area like never before. Great accomodations, very professional and immediate communication, and the best oceanfront property you will ever find! My husband, thirteen year old daughter and friend, and myself thank you so much Michael for this unforgettable week before the upcoming reality of the school year begins! We look very forward to returning as soon as we can.....Ebb Tide will forever be in our hearts and souls.

  As a sixth generation Floridian, I can confirm that this is a classic Florida beach house thoughtfully updated with modern amenities. Our family of five did not want to leave after a week. This home is NOT a cookie - cutter beach rental with generic furnishings but is instead thoughtfully outfitted and decorated as a family home. It boasts ridiculously comfortable beds, an enormous lot that provide privacy rarely found oceanfront today, a well stocked kitchen for the cook and plenty of space to lounge both indoors and outdoors. Home is an easy walk to pristine nature preserve and local market for daily newspaper. Close enough to Orlando to take in the amusement parks if you so desire. We'll be back!

  Myself and my family spent 8 great days and nights in July. The home was great inside however the best is outside the hugh deck is open and corvered overlooking the dunes, beach and ocean. The master bedroom suite has the most comfortable bed I have slept on. The beach area is not crowded as you are surrounded by homes and 1 condo. However you are just 10 miles from the center of Daytona beach. Don't miss out this is a great experience for a beach vacation.

  Michael, we loved your home! I can’t find words to accurately describe Ebb Tide. What a gorgeous place! It was everything you described and so much more. This was our first visit to Ponce Inlet, and it definitely won’t be our last. The area is nice and quiet, the beach is gorgeous, the views are breathtaking, and this house was unbelievable. Our family had a perfect vacation. Nothing was lacking. This house has everything you could ever need and so much more, and the surfing memorabilia was amazing! You can tell there’s so much love and life in this house. Our children greatly enjoyed the beach and our visit to the lighthouse. The adults had a great time sitting on the deck at night under the brightest stars we have ever seen. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Thanks for a fantastic experience, we will definitely be back!!!

Depends who you are, any time we rent this home out which is not that often we are
for some looking for  some one that will match up  more with the house
send me an email and I'l send you a quote, no long weekenders please,
we are not the cheapest but are not the most expensive, looking for a couple,
small family etc,  I can work soemthing out very reasonable for a beach house
better in off season may,  Sept, October, November , December , January;
