Luxury 4 BR Villa in Quiet Cul-De-Sac

  We have just returned from our wonderful stay (5 weeks) at this lovely villa. This is our third year that we have rented here. The villa is very clean and welcoming and we enjoyed every minute we were there. The pictures don't even do it justice. The villa is very well maintained and it is well furnished. Every year something has improved. TVs in all the bedrooms and now with the new blinds in all the rooms, it is perfect. It is very well located with its view on the golf course. We would certainly recommend this villa. The owners as well as those at the management company are so accommodating. It is close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Legoland, etc. and lots of other golf courses. Manny's Chop House is a must. Quite an experience and their steaks and ribs are out of this world. We had our kids and grandkids visit us for two weeks and we never felt we were stepping on each other. Bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and it worked out marvellously. Looking forward to going back again next year.

  The villa overall was clean and comfortable. We did however have a few problems when we arrived and during our stay. The managment company was not very helpful not did they do what they said they would do. We prepaid for pool heat and it was not even turned on until the second day we were there. After several calls to the mngmt company with no repsonse or return call.....luckily we reached someone by calling the emergency number ...this was also Christmas Eve. Not an easy day to reach anyone. The spa kept loosing water, and once filled back up from the outside hose, it cooled down the rest of the pool. Needless to say we were not able to enjoy the pool during any point of our vacation. The manangment company has still not returned any of my calls and per email has elected not to refund any portion for this problem. What a way to spend a long awaited Christmas family vacation........spending time trying to reach the managment company.......beware before you book

  Dear Janet, Thanks for letting us use your Villa in Southern Dunes. Your home was exactly what we expected from the pictures, was very well kept and worked out perfectly! The linens and bedding are all good quality, the house was neat and clean and we really enjoyed our stay there. We visited Legoland - just a short 15 minutes down the road, and Wonderworks in Tampa - another short 25 minute drive. Your location is perfect!!! We will be back! Thank you so much!
