Our house is bright and airy and sits on a beautifully landscaped lot. We have a large screened in private lanai and heated pool, with southern exposure, overlooking a “direct access waterway” to the Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico. This is a “long” water view and is perfect for enjoying a beautiful morning sunrise with breakfast.
Our home can accommodate you and your guests very comfortably with its 3 bedrooms and two full baths. All bedrooms are complete with cable TV and phone. In addition, we offer high speed wireless internet access throughout the entire house and the lanai.
The dock is new and is accessible from both sides making it perfect for tying up your boat. Rental boats are also available from several of the local marinas. Here are some more details about our home. The house is only a few minutes by car from Tiger Tail Beach and about 1 mile from the Shops of Marco. If you enjoy walking, Leigh Plummer Park is two blocks away, with pond, pathways and park benches.
