  The room was very clean and roomy, all the necessities were there. My wife and I had a great time in the Key's and using this as our rest was what made it great. We were close enough to Key West to enjoy the night life, yet far enough away to to relax in the evening. We are cetainly going to return hoping we can book this same space!

  We had a great time at the condo in Coppitt Key. Once we went into vacation mode and learned to cook without a cooktop or oven, we became creative having great meals outside on the patio overlooking the canal. Saw Iguanas, cameleons, tried fishing, and brought fish and shrimp back to grill. Wonderful. Thought the condo, itself, was ideal for our crew. Comfy. The owner goes out of his way to inform you of the surroundings. Key West is close and convenient. We found a place close by that sells seafood, where we purchased shrimp. They were yummy.

  We had a great stay! Very comfortable accomodations and a great base from which to explore the lower keys. Property description and photo's were spot on. The property was clean and well maintained. The iguana's were a huge bonus. Dan was very responsive. Recommend Geiger Key Restaurant/Bar - laid back, comfortable and great view of the water. Also recommend Turtle Kraal (restaurant) in Key West, The Turtle Hospital, the Butterfly Conservency (Key West).

  condo was very nice and clean very rooming nice big shower in master room, bed was very comfortable found everything we needed DAN helpful to good places to eat like GEIGER MARINA,good to eat and see the sunset,and MANGROVE MAMMA"S great food friendly good BLUES BAND just 10 min. to DUVALL ST.overall nice place to stay

  Great location. Condo was intimate, cozy and perfect for my family's stay. Deep water canal perfect for my boat.Would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing, off the beaten path location within driving distance of all the Key West flare. Can't wait to go back next year for longer!!!!!!!

  The place is just as described if not better and we had everything we needed. The owner was also very responsive of any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, so much that one poor wine glass didn't make it (sorry Dan). We will be back again for sure!

  This was absolutely one of the best getaways that I have ever had!!! The house was unbelievably beautiful, clean and neat...and believe me...Dan was right...you do not need a stove!!!! you have everything that you need (TV/WiFi/Hotplates/Gas grill-my favorite) ...restaurants everywhere...Key West is very close...say 10mins drive to the beach...15 mins to Duval etc...was nice to stay right outside the city ... party at Ricks/Magaritaville (best martinis)...then go "home" to tranquility. and beauty. Words cannot describe how beautiful this house is...on the canal... the rooms are large...the bathroom - very very large and exquisite!!! Now about Dan...what is there to say... a true gentleman and a scholar!!!...Extremely patient, trustworthy/honest and very nice!!! The price - you will not find anywhere this nice at such a great great price!! Dan...thank you...thank you thank you!!! I hope to get back very soon...just need vacation days and hopefully there will be vacancy!!!

  We enjoyed our stay at this property. My children, ages 8, 11 and 13 had fun seeing all the local iguanas hanging on the trees and swimming in the canal. We enjoyed having a kitchen to cook meals in as a money saver and the washer/dryer was a plus. The owners are very responsive to questions and the apartment was clean and well stocked. We felt very comfortable as though we were home. We spent time at local beaches (Higgs Beach, Ft. Zachary Taylor, Bahia Honda) and did a Sebago snorkeling tour. I highly recommend the Conch Train Tour of the Key West (Dan, the owner suggested this and he was right!). Key West is rich with history! Another fun place to visit is the No Name Pub on the No Name Key. What a neat place!

  Very awesome place to enjoy the Keys. Only a few miles from all the attractions and then come back to a peaceful relaxing enviroment. Fish right off your on back patio. Nice quiet location. Photos do not show the place justice. Much more than we expected. Property very well maintained inside was very clean. Kitchen well stocked and the owners were right we did not need a stove. Grill and electric skillet was all we needed. Why cook inside? The variety of fish swimming in the canal was awesome. A sight in its self. Better than going to an aquarine. Saving money to come back next year. Forgot to mention beds were comfortable showers great. Very affordable.

  We were extremely pleased with everything at this property. The place was very comfortable, clean & was very well stocked with all of the comforts of home. The living area, bedrooms, kitchen & baths were all great in both size & furnishings. We would definitely stay he again & recommend to our friends.
