Located in scenic Eagle Bay on the south shore of the main Shuswap arm, this cottage is situated on a private road with 100 ft of waterfront.
Property Details:
Main House (3 Bdr) - King bed, queen bed, bunk bed (Queen/Twin), full bath, large dining room table, kitchen counter seating, large TV area with satellite LCD TV, and DVD player
Guest House #1(1 Bdr) - King size bed, full bath, TV area with additional satellite TV, and partial kitchen (microwave, small fridge and sink)
Guest House #2 (1 Bdr) - Queen bed and half bath
Gas BBQ, fire pit, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, large deck, 24 x 8 ft dock and buoy
We only rent out 2-3 weeks every year so we are looking for tenants who will take very good care of the place and possibly be interested in renting the following year(s). Must bring own water toys, linen, blankets, towels and pillows. Sorry but no seadoos/jet skis allowed (as a courtesy to our full time neighbors). Maximum eight people allowed.

This is our family cottage. We bought on the Shuswap given the beautiful scenery, large lake and great weather (especially compared to Calgary!)
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
We are truly waterfront. There is no road between us and the water. We are also on a quiet, private road and have fabulous neighbors. We have all the amenities at the cottage minus internet and land line phone.
