Enjoy the view. This home overlooks a Wide Deep-water canal and is only a few minute boat ride to the ocean and is also has close access to the Gulf of Mexico. Each side of the duplex has a 30-foot seawall and wood stepdown dock and can accommodate up to a 28-foot boat. Most Boat Traiers can be stored in the side yard! Please inquire.
