It is on 3rd street, a very nice and quiet street, 1 block from the Cabana CLub!

Deep-water Canal: Nice Views, Wide canal and is only 4 minute boat ride to the
ocean and 9 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico.

DOCKAGE: 30 feet seawall and wood stepdown dock and can accommodate
up to a 28-foot boat, plus elec/water and Bait table.
