Looking for a beautiful, versatile and totally refreshing place to get away and hang your hat whenever you want, and only a little over two hours from North Atlanta? If you are, then this is it. I am attempting to rent out my beautiful 3 bed 2 bath, fully furnished townhome that is less than one mile from downtown Highlands, N,C., LONG TERM, ie., at least a one year lease. I use the terms versatile and refreshing just above because in the summer, you have temperatures that are around 10 degrees cooler than in Atlanta, not to mention great golf, hiking, shopping, dining, etc., but in the winter, you actually get a decent amount of snow (much more than Atlanta) that most folks do love on occasion, and Sky Valley ski resort is only a few miles away. Simply put, its a great getaway, any time of the year. The main floor has hardwood floors and the master bedroom is there, as well. Tenant must qualify, ie., provide proof of income and a credit report.
