Fantistic week at Fisherman's Cove

Our family had a fabulious week at Fisherman Cove. Lisa has a fantastic condo. It is well maintained and stock to the fullest with all the toys and kitchen needs. I called upon arrival and asked for blankets and they were delivered very quickly. The condo is right on the beach so you can feel like you are on a ship. Our granddaughters ages 9 and 11 loved all the shells on the beach. The pool is heated which is an added plus. Plenty of comfortable seating around the pool area.I liked being at a dead end. It was very peaceful but only 10 minutes to the real life in Siesta Key. A visit to the MOTE aquarium is a must . We had four hour tour with a captain and a biologist who took us to see Dolphins, fish, sea life on a sandbar, and a beach area with many interesting shells. The aquarium is also fascinating for all ages. High end restaurants would be Ophelia's and Ruth Chris near by. Turtle Cove is fine. You can walk there. A must is the fish restaurant on Casey Key.Very casual but very good food. Drive down the Key the houses are beautiful. I feel so fortunbate that the condo was so great and the reunion with family was memorable. Judy

We have rented condos at this complex many times over the past nine years and the location is hard to beat. The key selling points to us are the full gulf views from the lanai, beautiful sunsets, easy access to the beach and the peace and quiet of this part of the key. It's away from the hustle and noise of Siesta Beach and the village yet close enough to drive to when you want to enjoy other beaches and activities. The owners are correct. You can literally toss a ball from the condo to the gulf! There are very few places this close to the water and you can easily hear the waves from an open window. This is the first year we rented this particular unit and we were very pleased with the accomodations and the service provided by Lisa. These condos are older so you're not going to see the newest or most modern look of the overall complex but there have been recent renovations. This unit has been remodeled and completely updated with flat screen tv's, and many other amenities. We were especially pleased to find wireless internet access provided to renters. There were even beach toys in the closet for our grand kids to play with! We didn't experience any significant maintenance issues and the owners are very quick to respond to any questions or issues. We will continue to visit the key and stay at this location when we can. Real estate agents often say one of the most important points to a property is location, location, location and the proximity of this condo to the water and the full gulf views are awesome!

We sent to Siesta Key for 3 nights with our 9, 7 and 2 year old. This condo was great for all. We felt like we had a private beach: so close and quiet. We collected so many beautiful shells. We took a night time walk and loved to see all the crabs. My kids thought that was so much fun...Great memory. We loved not having an open balcony with a toddler: Having the glass lanai was perfect. We also loved the Wii. We did go to the public beach on morning. We thought it was beautiful but preferred our quiet Turtle Beach where we could play wiffle ball and not disturb anyone. Thanks for a great time.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy God’s beauty! The accommodations were excellent! You provided everything and more to make our lives easy. The view of the gulf is excellent. The girls got to see dolphins from our window and we collected a great variety of seashells. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Simply “awesome” – Thank you for sharing such a beautiful spot with our family. The waves at night were almost hypnotic and long walks first thing every morning down the beach was the most peaceful and relaxing time for my wife and I. Our suggestion would be to walk south toward Casey Key. The accommodations were fantastic. You could not have planned and convenienced anyone more than you folks did. It made our stay here very easy and enjoyable. Will return again and again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We came all the way from Ireland with four kids and stayed here for a week. What a pleasure to find a place so well equipped for a great family holiday. The kids ran around on the first day as if they were on a treasure hunt, finding DVD’s, beach toys, board games and to cap it all off – the Xbox. Thank you for thinking of all these extras! We really liked the whole area but found a lovely village on St. Armands Key. It is full of quaint shops and a perfect place to buy a momento of happy times. Thank you.

WOW! What more can we say? The location of this three bedroom condo cannot be beat! And - as owners of a rental property up north, we can truly appreciate the careful planning and thoughtful "xtras: you have equipped this unit with. Every time we reached for something, it was there. Thank you for sharing this bit of heaven with us. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found this delightful place. We will certainly plan to return. And, oh yes, the sunsets are spectacular!

As the Mother of three and one half year old twins, I was very concerned about finding a rental property that would have "everything" to keep them happy for two weeks. All I can say is - this has done it! From the location - to the pool - to the very child friendly neighbors - to the amazing appointments provided - our stay has been perfect! My kids love your very warm home! We love it for the warmth - but also because of the amazing location! This is very much a "find!" We have rented many beach homes - this is a great value - we'll refer and return! Thank you - thank you - thank you...

This was the perfect place to get away with great frinds for a week. I love to open all the windows to hear the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. Even on a rainy afternoon, you feel like you are sitting on the beach! Everything we needed was provided down to the beach towels and chairs. I would recommend this property and look forward to going back next year!
