Whether you are planning for an action packed vacation or some well deserved rest and relaxation this Richmond Park Villa in the gated Kingston Plantation community has it all. The villa will welcome you with all the comforts of home. The villa is settled in a tranquil wooded setting with a beautiful private beach only a short walk away (0.2 miles).This ground floor villa sleeps a maximum of eight offers you a full kitchen, two full baths, cable TV, stereo, DVD players and flat screen TV's in every room,wireless internet access ,dining table and washer/dryer. The deck is furnished with an outside dining table and chairs and a beautiful wooded view. The master bedroom offers the same tranquil wooded view after a great nights sleep on a new Sealy King Size mattress. The second bedroom offers two double beds and a private porch as well as its own full bathroom. The living room is furnished with a queen size pull out sofa.
Only a short walk through the well groomed grounds leads to the beautiful white sand beach. The hub of activity is located on the way. The complex offers live entertainment and indoor dining. Our guest use the Private less crowded pool at Laurel Court located on the pond and right beside our condo..Rates include linens and towels. Excessive clean up will be billed to your credit card. NO SMOKING! NO PETS!

THE TIKI BAR/RESTAURANTS/SHOPS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU.WE OFFER YOU THE USE OF A PRIVATE LESS CROWDED POOL AT LAUREL COURT WHICH IS SITUATED ON THE LAKE , RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO OUR CONDO. ALL BEACH LOCATIONS ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU AS WELL AS BEACH CHAIR RENTAL THROUGH THE LIFE GUARD STAND.

This was our second visit to this Villa in Kingston Plantation. As on our first visit the Villa is clean and well equipped. All appliances, TVs, DVD and radio worked fine. The location is great and convienent to Golf courses, Restaurants and shopping. We would recommend visiting the Chesapeake House and Chestnut Hill Restaurants which are nearby. The Bonefish Grill is also close. We will probably return next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

Me and my family stayed there from 5/19-5/24. We had a blast. The place was very clean and had all the ammenties you need. Its about a 3 min walk to the pool and beach. 5 mins to all the great restaurants, broadway at the beach and golf courses gallore. If I go back I would definetly stay here again. Beautiful condo felt like home. Location was perfect to shopping and most important the beach. Very private location, if you don't like to be in a crowded, elevator packed area this is where you want to stay. Rosemary was very nice and helpful to work with. We will be back next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We spent a very relaxing and comfortable month in Myrtle Beach at this well appointed Villa in Kingston Plantation. The kitchen is well equipped with glasses, silverware, Corelle Dishware, cutlery, pots and pans coffee maker and toaster. All appliances worked fine including the dishwasher, stove washer and dryer. Three televisions, CD player/radio and DVD player provided ample entertainment choices when not playing golf or enjoying the many Myrtle Beach attractions. The bed in the master suite was comfortable and like sleeping at home. The villa location in Kingston Plantation is convenient to restaurants, golf courses and shopping. It is also located less than five minute walk to the beach. This was our first rental through VRBO and we found this owner easy to deal with. We will definitely consider returning.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We found dealing with the owner most helpful, and we couldn't have asked for more attentiveness. There was a problem with our stay in late August with the dryer which was to be dealt with after our stay. I would highly recommend VRBO and this unit and owner. We anticipate renting from them again and recommending them to our friends. My husband and I spent a wonderful week in June at this spacious villa. The unit was extremely clean and very well equipped. The master bed was as comfortable as my own. We have spent many weeks at Kingston Plantation and this particular location was convenient to everything and very quiet and relaxing. The owners were most helpful and a delight to work with. We will definitely return.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Clean, clean and clean is the first word that comes to mind with this rental property. Trust me, I am one picky lady when it comes to where my family vacations. When I walked in the front door, I knew instantly that the owners take pride in their unit. The upgrades (new paint, carpet, furniture & decorations) made me feel right at home. I actually slept well in the king bed of the master bedroom! The unit is very spacious and accommodated 2 adults and 4 teenage girls (hard to believe) nicely. The photos featured truly reflect what you will find in the condo. The owners were extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. The activities, attractions and restaurants convenient to the condo are too many to list. But you are very close to Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing & Broadway on the Beach. The complex is very unique and offers lots of options for the teenagers. My girls loved the sand volleyball courts! I would highly recommend this property to friends and family and plan a return visit in September 2010!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

The memories of childhood trips to the beach with our families and friends are some of the best memories of all. We now love having a place of our own in Myrtle Beach to help our children build some of their own wonderful memories. We as a family LOVE the beach!

This is the best location in Myrtle Beach! Everything is so convenient. We can spend the day on the beach and never have to leave for anything! If we choose to leave the property we never have to go too far to find something fun to do or great food to eat!
