About the owner: My family and I have owned this condo for over 23 years. We enjoy relaxing on the beach and having the bay at our back door. The condo has allowed us to get away from the day to day grind of work over the years which has been nice.

My family chose to buy in Ocean City, MD because of it's proximity to our home in the Washington, DC area, as well as all that Ocean City has to offer - the beach, boating, fishing, golf, etc. We have many friends who visit Ocean City regularly, so it makes the perfect vacation 'home away from home'.
