Our two bedroom and two bath unit is only steps to the beach and pool and has a beautiful ocean view.
Villa 1307 is on the third level of building one. We also own villa 1302 which is also on the third floor and down the hall--very convenient for families or groups that require more space!
This villa is ready to be your vacation retreat. The Family Room has a comfortable couch that converts to a sleeper sofa with a full-size mattress, a large chair, a 36' TV and DVD player and VCR. The family room also has glass doors that open to a balcony with outdoor furniture for lounging.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counter tops and newer appliances. There is a washer and dryer just off of the kitchen.
The first master bedroom suite has French doors separating it from the living area, a king-size bed, a spacious full bath with soaking tub, a TV and a balcony. The second master bedroom has two queen-size beds and also has a full bath with soaking tub, a TV and balcony. All the bedroom furniture, mattresses and bed spreads are new (July 2010).
Villa 1307 is located near the front of Villamare which means your villa is near the beach, oceanfront pool, cabana, and sundeck. Its a short walk to the beach or pool from your third floor villa. There is an elevator for guests' use. There's also an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, barbecue area and exercise room exclusively for Villamare guests.

Our Villamare unit was exactly as described and shown in the pictures on VRBO. It was clean, easy to access and in great condition. The grounds were beautifully manicured, well maintained and in near perfect condition. The beach access and the pool were just steps away, which allowed us to pop in and out of the Condo with ease. In my opinion, the third floor was the right choice because of the combination of excellent view (above the tree line) and proximity to the parking, beach level, etc. The owners were very helpful, easy to deal with and responsive to our needs. My wife and two boys (16 & 21) and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and can't wait to return. This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island and I wish we had gone sooner. We booked golf 45 days ahead at each of the Palmetto Dunes Courses through the internet and received massive savings and first choice of tee times on each of the three courses. Arthur Hills was the toughest, Robert Trent Jones was next (and in the best shape) and Fazio didn't disappoint. Our favorite restaurants were Smokehouse (best BBQ outside of Memphis), Hot Mama's (Food Channel) and Hugo's. We ate all the breakfast and lunches in the property (hint wait to go grocery shopping Sunday morning if you can, Saturday was a zoo). Other than golf, the Tuesday fireworks, and taking in the water activities, we took a three hour Beachcomber/ Dolphin trip with Captain Deb that was awesome. Next trip we'll do the bicycle thing and use the fitness center (it had anything you'd want to do and was larger than the pictures made it appear).Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
