  We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely home especially the pool and spa. Having a gas grill on the deck leading to the dock was an added bonus. Breakfast by the pool watching the boats on the canal and riding the bikes to nearby Mackle Park was great fun. The three wheeler was a blast to ride around the neighborhood and to Resident's Beach. The owners are very helpful and have stocked the kitchen with every neccesity you could possibly want including the Keurig coffee maker which was a big hit with our family. I would most certainly recommend this property to friends and family as I believe every need would be met including wifi and plasma screen TV's. I will be contacting Jane when I start planning next year's trip to my favorite vacation spot-Marco Island! The Resident's Beach, Mackle Park and Olde Marco were some of our favorite places to visit. For dining, I would recommend NeNe's Kitchen, (fabulous breakfast) Snook Inn, The Sunset Grill on the beach, Porky's Last Stand, Island Pizza, Kretch's, and do not miss Lee be fish for the freshest seafood on the island!

  Very nice house with all the amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is a short drive from the beach. The owners were very helpful. We loved the pool and caught quite a few fish from the dock.

  We so thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay here that we are returning next year for an entire month!! This home is lovely, has amazing views, a convenient location, and the amenities are outstanding. The Renter's Manual was very detailed and filled with useful information. Swimming in the heated pool while watching dolphins chase a school of fish was something I'll always remember!! Thank you Jane and Richard

  I just stayed at this beautiful home on Copperfield Ct. Richard(the owner) was great to work with and made it very easy. This home is on a waterway with dock, screened in pool with jacuzzi. There is a gas grill and table with umbrella. The house is very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. TV's in every bedroom, very nice stereo system and Wifi that works outside as you relax by the pool. There are bikes, pool floats, etc, etc. We enjoyed our stay and cant wait to visit again!   We rented from Jane and Richard over the Christmas holiday. Having rented a lot of places from VRBO we found their responsiveness, home, amenities everything we had hoped for a more. Upon arrival they called us to make sure we were comfortable. The house was clean and full of everything we would need for a beach, fishing and golf vacation. We used the heated pool, caught a crab off their private dock with the supplied crab traps (naturally we threw him back) and enjoyed the bicycles they supplied. We even put our little 12 lb. dog in the bicycle basket and took her for a ride. The restaurants they recommended were top notch and the local beach parking pass was a pleasant surprise. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for the comforts of home while vacationing.

  We recommend this peaceful and beautifully maintained property to anyone who is looking for any type of getaway.We are a middle aged couple looking for a peaceful and quiet retreat in warmer weather and this home has something for everyone. The owners were so accomodating with all our questions and concerns which made our stay so wonderful.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Marco Island, The house is beautiful and has all the anemities you could ask for. We spent hours fishing from the dock and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The outside grill was an added bonus and all of the meals we ate at home were cooked there. Jane was extremely helpful providing answers to all of our questions and giving us information about the island. The beaches are absolutely amazing and they were so uncrowded we felt like we were on a private beach. Took a couple of fishing trips during which all kinds of species of fish were caught. Looking forward to going back again!!

  This home met and exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s clean, well maintained, and stocked with all the amenities that you could possibly need or want. The pool and patio are great and provide a wonderful place to view evening sunsets. The house is about a mile to the beautiful Marco beaches. The owner provides bikes making it even easier to get there and also a 3-wheel bike with large basket which made it covenient to carry all our beach items. The home is located on a very nice, quite, safe street. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close. Jane -the owner, made everything very easy and efficient without any troubles. We had a couple of questions after arriving at the house and she and her husband answered calls quickly and completely took care of everything. Our deposit was also promptly returned. We've rented several homes and I highly recommend this one and hope to return again.

  We booked our stay at very short notice and Jane was very helpful and kept in regular contact with us throughout our stay. The house is everything and more that you see in the photos and description. We did fishing from the dock, hired a boat and saw Dolphin on a trip and swimming past the house. We had a lovely relaxing time and would recommend the house and Marco to anyone wanting a quiet but fun holiday with plently to do in the local area. The house has beach stuff, fishing rods and bikes for you to use.

  We have been in the house for two weeks in July. Everything is in the house you would ever need. When you are eating on the dining table you can enjoy looking to the river. The kids have spend several hours on the dock trying to catch a fish. They did catch some small fishes and a lot catfishes. It was very nice that we can make use of the fishingrods who were standing in the garage. Tigertail beach is very nearby, it is a beautiful beach. In the evening eating in Marco Island or go to Naples for shopping and eating. When staying in the evening in the house, we loved watching the moves on Netflix. We had a nice contact with Jane the owner, she pleasantly arranged everything. We recommend this house to people who like relaxing in a quiet and beautiful environment.
