The property was excellent. Very comfortable for our family arrangement of 7. We did need to rearrange the seating in the living room to accommodate all of us to watch tv comfortably. The dishwasher was not functioning well so we ended up having to wash dishes by hand. There were plenty of towels and linens were extra nice. We didn't need to bring near the items we did as the property had cooler, chairs and umbrella. The tent was nonfunctioning but an extra we didn't expect anyway. Grill was less than desirable and we actually didn't use it. Photos in my opinion don't do the propert justice. Property was extremely clean. Owner has been more than helpful, returning items I left behind. I would definitely recommend the property to my friends.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I do like to address any concerns such as the grill-- actually an almost new one so I am even more sorry that it was inadequate!- and also the tent, yes, it had beenn bent and in my haste to prepare I neglected to remove it. We do however always provide a large round umbrella for beaching. We are glad that you found our service to be above and beyond as we assisted you after your departure by returning the mail and also the family heirloom you left behind. Very happy to have been of help!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay this summer in the wonderfully perfect house on Wren Drive. The attention to detail, friendliness and the spotless house were second to none! The zero-entry pool was perfect for our little tykes and the short stroll across the street made our 3 kids under 5 feel like big guys riding their bikes to the beach. Location, location, location!! We always book thru VRBO and this by far as been our best experience, that's why we are already booked for 2013.. Can't Wait!!Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

It is truly amazing what Beverly and Pat do for the properties they rent to visitors. Everything was so very welcoming: totally clean (!), many basics already stocked, and the kitchen fantastically equipped and organized. This house was so flexible for our immediate family of four adults, two teens, and a "grand dog." We had a challenging lighthouse jigsaw for the rainy day, and the coffee table was just right. There was plenty of space at another table for the solitaire tournament or Pente when we had "puzzle fatigue." Having a property so well cared for and furnished takes a lot of work behind the scenes! What a team at Beverly Serral Signature Properties. We would come right back to this property without hesitation and would be disappointed if it were not available. Of course, Beverly would undoubtedly find something that we'd also think was extra special.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners.

We loved this property! We had three generations vacationing together and we all loved this home. I say "home" because it was that comfortable. We loved all the little things that they do to make you feel right at home ie...Complimentary coffee, fresh bananas, etc. It was very clean and very tastfully decorated. We will be back soon and when we come... we will stay there again!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.

We were very blessed to enjoy a family vacation this year in June 2012. We found our stay at 5 Wildwood Court to be one exceptional experience. We were delighted to find many extra beach accommodations and a very clean spacious home. Thank you for making this experience one we shall always treasure. We have been Sea Pines vacationers for many years--but we have finally found a "home" with Beverly and Pat and their properties-- and 5 Wildwood Court could not have been better. We were on a quick trip this year, but will be back to enjoy this house again. The house was spotless (and so was the garage!) and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Lots of places tell me they are clean, but this place was REALLY clean. The colors annd decor are beautiful and every time I opened a cabinet (mostly everything is even labeled!) I found something I didn't even know I needed, but very much appreciated: trash bags, serving dishes, hair dryers, dark cloths for make up removal, thick beach towels..............amazingly well thought out. And the guest notebook is full of the best information I have ever read about the Island and Bluffton-- best pizza and ice cream, Old Town Bluffton Farmer's market, great shopping all around. We are so pleased to have found Bevelry and her "signature" style of rentals. We are believers!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, sightseeing.

My husband and I could not have enjoyed our brief visit in this home more--was very clean, well-kept, warm-feeling and very tastefully decorated. I really appreciated all the little extras that were clearly intended to help us feel at home. My husband had business so I was alone much of the time, and perfectly content to curl up with a book in the light and open living area.... Thanks to Beverly and Pat for making us feel so welcome -your attention to detail and clear investment in our enjoyment of your home during our stay makes me want to return to this or another of your properties again and again! :)Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This house had everything ready for our arrival and then some! Bev and Pat take every measure to provide all of the essentials necessary to come in and relax. A thoughtful gift basket and first morning coffee included! They also provided great info about where to go on and off island and where to get anything else that we needed. Property was clean and neat with great furnishings, and everything necessary in the kitchen, including great appliances. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for the better than average rental experience. Beverly knows what people like and offers a top notch rental experience. We also LOVED the fact that we were able to bring our two dogs with us and the island is so very dog friendly. (Check out Red Rover for dog bathing, grooming or supplies. What a beautiful home! This property has everything you'll need. The kitchen is fully equipped, all you need to do is hit the grocery. There were boogie boards and beach amenities in the garage. I cannot wait to stay at this house again. I would like to offer one piece of advice, though. If you stay here and bring your dog, pack a flashlight. The neighborhood is very dark at night, which makes is peaceful but hard to see where your dog may have done its business.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners.
Owner response: Thank you Jen-- we are so happy to have had you all as our guests! Yes, you are correct-- Sea Pines in general is pretty dark at night. This is part of the original design of the community-- being eco-friendly and not disturbing the natural habitats of our wildlife-- therefore we have very little street lighting. However, it is cretainly a good idea for people and their not-so-wild-life creatures to be able to see on their walks. Thank you for a great suggestion and we will actually make sure there are several flashlights in the kitchen drawer below the phone for use by all guests from now on. Again, our thanks!

We rented this in June of 2010 and it was perfect! We had our 6 month old with us, my parents and our dog and it was very spacious and in nearly brand new condition.
