  My wife and myself were extremely happy with this apartment property. It was extremely delightful and well kept. The description of the property was very accurate and fit our needs. We will consider renting the same property if and when we visit San Francisco again.

  Las Flores is a perfect place to stay when in San Francisco. It is very close to public transportation, grocery stores, great restaurants, and even a community park-if you have children with you. The apartment is beautifully appointed, extremely comfortable especially the bed, and quiet. We slep so well. It is so thoughtful for the owners to provide their guests with transportation passes, wine, and CHOCOLATE! We also took advantage of renting the garage and we did not need to use the car during our stay. We are looking forward to our next visit.

  We stayed for two nights and enjoyed our stay. The apartment location was very convenient to get anywhere in San Francisco. It served us well for a place for the kids to nap and sleep at night (and a pack n play at the apartment was a bonus!) We really appreciated how the owner, James, was very easy to get a hold of and very responsive when we needed to speak with him. We would stay here again on another visit to SF.

  My husband and I so enjoyed our week in this lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and more. The owners provide a nice welcome kit of wine, chocolate, public transportation passes and info, even a Safeway card! The bed was extremely comfortable and well dressed. The size of the unit allowed us to have separation if one of us wanted to sleep and the other watch TV. It is a clean, cozy, comfortable apartment in a great location. We will definitely stay at Las Flores again.

  I stayed at Las Flores for a month as a temporary residence while I looked for permanent housing in Noe Valley. The unit was very clean and comfortable, in a great location, and had everything I could have needed for my stay. You can walk to so much and the Muni is so close and convenient. James was also very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. The use of the Clipper cards was a huge bonus. I will definitely recommend Las Flores to my friends and family who visit San Francisco.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car.

  This was our first time to San Francisco to meet up with my sister and I absolutely adored this rental! The location was perfect, quick to hop on public transit or walk up the street to a coffee shop. We brought our 5 month old with us and it was the perfect amount of space for the three of us. Apartment was a lot nicer than what the pictures showed along with the hospitality of the clipper passes. Cannot wait to come back and visit!!

  We stayed in Las Flores for 7 days and couldn't have been happier. The apartment is very clean and has more amenities than we could have used in a week. It is located in such a great neighborhood, 1-2 blocks away from so many great coffee shops and restaurants. The owners have furnished this place as if it is their own, not like a rental. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice. We brought our 14 year old daughter who slept on the sofa bed and she had no complaints either. We took the MUNI into downtown San Francisco every day. The city transportation is wonderful. We made our way to Pier 39, Boudin Sourdough (gotta try it for the clam chowder!), rented bikes to ride through Presidio Park and up onto the Golden Gate Bridge, spent a day in Golden Gate Park at the California Academy of Sciences, saw Lombard Street, walked through China Town and the Haight/ Ashbury area, and finally made the trip to Alcatraz. All without a vehicle. It is hard to get lost when there is a bus stop on almost every corner in town. The apartment is very close to a major leg of the MUNI which made it much easier for us also. It was very nice waking up each morning in a smaller part of town, walking to a new breakfast place each morning, then hopping on the MUNI to do some sightseeing. When we return we will stay in this apartment again.

  My husband and I recently stayed at Las Flores in Noe Valley for a 5 day trip to the area. The apartment is in excellent shape and very comfortable. Small grocery stores are conveniently located and the Muni is only a block away. James and Ana are perfect hosts who got back to me very quickly throughout the rental process. The apartment looks exactly as described and is in an excellent area for exploring Noe Valley or hopping on the Muni to explore the rest of San Francisco. Be sure to go to Eric's Chinese Restaurant and Martha's Coffee Shop if you go there. I highly recommend this apartment

  Extremely nice comfortable place to stay in San Francisco. The place was nicer even than it looked in the pictures. All the hospitality touches from coffee, wine, chocolate, and clipper passes made this place great and homey. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation spot in San Francisco.

  My wife and I were visiting our son and daughter in law who live round the corner. Our 8 night stay in Las Flores was very comfortable (much better than a hotel) and the welcome wine and chocolates (plus free cofee during our stay) was much appreciated. Also the free Muni passes were heavily used (I think we maxed out on the available credit) as we explored the city. I can wholeheartedly recommend this property if you need to stay in the area especially as the owners live upstairs and are available to answer any questions.
