This Villa has been remodeled and furnished! Additionally featured is a privately-partially fenced back yard with outdoor tables, chairs and an outdoor grill. Our Master bedroom includes 1 King bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed. Our Kitchen has been updated with granite counter tops and new appliances and tiled floors. It comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. We even prepare for your stay by providing the property with paper goods to start you off, linens, dish washer soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We also provide internet for your convenience. For your enjoyment, we have provided two coaster bicycles for riding miles of paved streets and trails in the resort.
This is located in a gated, exclusive family vacation spot! You get it all, white sand beaches, the bay, the lakes, the exciting Baytowne Wharf Village with its restaurants, live entertainment, activities and the very exclusive Marina at the Wharf. First let me begin by saying that due to schedule changes; I booked this villa on Sun (April 1, 2012) with the anticipation that my vacation/spring break trip would begin the following (upcoming Tues). I'll spare you the details of scrambling like a mad person. I am an extremely skeptical person when it comes to lodging away from home; upon arrival & due to the last minute scheduling I had god-awful reservations about finalizing the lease agreement until I could get an actual visual of the inside. To my shocking surprise, the place looked EXACTLY like the pictures; I was so relieved, I almost passed out. All of the appliances (that I had a need to use, were in working condition). During my stay, no call for any type of maintenance was needed. The place quite lovely, very, very nicely decorated, quiet, friendly, accommodating community. The amenities are remarkable; free golf, use of 2 bikes (the 2nd most popular method of transportation, golf carts being the first), free go-carts rides (if you have children). The community is incredibly personable & use of the amenities across I-98 on to the Hilton properties is a nice treat as well (another pool & the beach of course). The security guards at the entrance gate is extremely knowledgable, very helpful & friendly. Going into Sandestin Bayside Resort having never visited; I now know to request a villa on the golf course & a villa with a golf cart. No complaint; simply a personal wish. Would I visit this particular property again - definitely!!!! Would I stay at Sandestin Village again - ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! Enjoy your vacation!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
