We have ONE HOME AVAILABLE IN BOYNTON BEACH and TWO HOMES IN DEERFIELD BEACH. These lovely homes, which are completely furnished, feature spacious, well-designed (approx. 1500 sq. ft.) floor plans with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Located in safe, lovely neighborhoods near route 95. Close to the beach, shopping, great restaurants, biking, golfing and tennis.
NO PETS NO SMOKING PLEASE.
MONTHLY RENTALS PREFERRED.
As our guest, you will enjoy all the benefits of these famous communities. They feature large club house, pool, fitness center, recreational areas, bingo and bridge as well as other weekly activities. BOYNTON BEACH ONLY has a NO FEE 18 hole par 3 executive golf course.

Sheila and Walt were exceptional hosts. Whatever we needed was provided. The house was spacious and clean and whenever we had a request Sheila and Walt responded immediately. The location was close to everything and all of our expectations met. The brownies and cookies Sheila baked were delicious. Sheila and Walt were the perfect host and hostess. They greeted us at the door when we arrived and oriented us to the property. The house was very clean and everything was in order as advertised. They lent us bikes, tennis rackets, binoculars, extra bedding for guests and all with a big smile. They invited us over to their home for a glass of wine one evening. Sheila baked scrumptious brownies for us and gave us some of her delicious homemade soup and herbs from her garden. We thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home. It is furnished very comfortable and the owners were extremely helpful. Centrally located and lots of amenities. Especially enjoyed the delicious homemade brownies that we found upon our arrival.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We had a wonderful visit. The house was spacious and very homey. Everything was well-maintained. The owners welcomed us, told us about the area and answered all of our questions.
