This is a great, beautiful lake front two story--three bedroom cottage close to Ann Arbor where you and your family can enjoy the amazing setting! Enjoy a day soaking up the sun on your own private dock, then take a dip in the spring-fed lake that provides hours of clean, warm water fun! The kids can enjoy a sand bottom, shallow lake area to swim, play wiffleball, etc. Then when you're ready to explore, take the provided paddleboat, rowboat or canoe out to look for fish, turtles, geese, swans or blue herons. Kids of all ages will remember this vacation!
This Non-Smoking, three bedroom cottage has a charming family feel. It has a beautiful screened-in sun porch to enjoy meals, read a book or take a nap while enjoying the sounds and air of the lake. This cottage has the best lake views and beach to offer. Kids can safely swim in the lake and explore around the lake in the provided paddleboat, rowboat and canoe. An abundance of turtles and frogs can be found across the lake between the two bays in the lily pads--a great adventure waiting for your family! You can enjoy the quiet time on the lake and view beautiful sunsets from the sun porch, patio or grassy yard! It has a great location, just 20 minutes to Ann Arbor, 45 minutes from Metro Airport, 5 minutes from Pinckney and only 10 minutes to Chelsea or Dexter!
The first bedroom has a full size bed, with great views of the lake to make your lake vacation perfect! The second bedroom has a full size bed also with beautiful views of the lake. The third bedroom is also upstairs with two windows to enjoy those night breezes! There is a full bath upstairs for those bedrooms to share. There is a half-bath downstairs located next to the living room for your convenience. There is even a crib for those with young families! Just let us know and we'll have the portable crib available for your use.
There is a driveway that can accomodate up to three cars maximum for off-street parking. The basement provides a dryer to help keep those swimming suits ready for the next dip in the lake. Also found in the basement is a complete selection of life jackets for your safe journey in the provided THREE boats! Sorry no power boats on the lake unless you own the home on the lake.
A gas BBQ is provided to grill those burgers and brats, then take them into the screened in sun porch to enjoy the lake air, beautiful sunsets and the delicious meals. Or if you prefer, enjoy those meals on the picnic table in the grassy yard while the lake laps on the shore!
Visit the charming village of Dexter featuring the Dexter Pub, Dexter Bakery, Hackney Hardware, a Life is Good shop and much more. Or visit Chelsea, just a few minutes away, that boasts an incredible restaurant--The Common Grill, art galleries, The Purple Rose Theatre, antiques and more. Need to pick up groceries, go to the post office or bank--visit the quaint town of Pinckney--just minutes away.

- Beautiful location right on the beach of a private lake! The lake is perfect for a family, with a great shallow area to the end of the dock for everyone to play and swim. There is a paddle boat, rowboat and canoe for your use to explore the spring-fed lake. The house has a water softener for refreshing showers. There are ceiling fans and/or portable fans in each room to keep you cool on those beautiful summer nights. The house also comes stocked with beach towels to enjoy those dips in the fresh water or just sun bathing on the private dock!
