Overall we loved the condo. It is decorated even more nicely than the pictures and we loved the location and all the amenities. You had every dish, glass, pot, pan, colander and utensil that we needed. We really appreciated the umbrella and the beach chairs.... you even had a shell sifter! I enjoyed my stay. The condo was perfect! It was well kept, perfect location, and made me feel at home. I love the decor! Thank you for all your hospitality! This has been a truly wonderful experience!!! The only changes I would make would be in advertising, my favorite part was seeing the beach from the kitchen window.... you should consider making that a selling point! It's awesome!!!! :) Other than that, I found the condo easily, parking was convenient, everything was functional and clean, and the people around the community are very pleasant! Condo is really great!! We just stayed there and could not have been happier (except for the rain). This condo has everything you need for a great vacation. I was very impressed with the owner, she called after we arrived to check on us and wanted to know if we needed anything, we have stayed in several condos over the years and we normally never hear from the owner. Belleair Beach and Clearwater Beach is a beautiful area with many things to keep you busy (in case of rain). We would definitely stay there again!!Did you find this review helpful? My wife and I could not have been happier with this 1 bedroom condo. It was far better than I had expected and very reasonable for a direct gulf front unit. The complex and unit was very clean and well maintained. The people are all very friendly and make you feel right at home. The beach was just beautiful and very private, not like most of the others we have stayed at. We will be back every year, since it is the perfect condo! The owner was very accommodating and even called to check to see how we were doing. The unit had everything stated and much more.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

We spent a week in this condo and it was great! Space is great for couples, tight for families. Right on a clean beach and the neighbors are great as well. Condo was very clean and you have all the amenities you need from toiletries and utensils others have left from previous stays. Will stay again in the future! Owner Deborah Z. has great communication and answered all of our questions at any given time.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I spent the week leading up to July 4, 2008 here. The small Chateau complex is old Florida style, but very clean and well-maintained. The unit itself has been completely refurbished and is great for two guests. Even though we chose to have dinner out every night, the small kitchen is well-equipped and would be great for cooking. The owner made sure the unit had many of the necessites that guests often must provide themselves when staying in a condo, such as salt, pepper, spices, soap. air fresheners etc. The beach is beautiful and uncrowded in this area. Fishing in the surf here because there were frequently people fishing early in the morning, some of them locals accessing the beach from a small, well-maintained park next to Chateau. The pool area was clean and never crowded. A couple of picnic tables on the pool deck with tiki hut coverings were great for enjoying breakfast or lunch. The only negative we experienced is that the condos are cooled with wall units which extend out onto the small balcony area and are noisy if you want to sit outside and enjoy the awesome view. We enjoyed a day at nearby St. Pete Beach, visited Fort DeSoto Park and on the drive back to Chateau we stopped for dinner and shopping at John's Pass Village.We also took in a movie at a very old theatre in St. Pete with $5.00 matinees and the best deals ever on snacks.We enjoyed our visit to the area,felt like this condo was a good value and stay here again if in the Clearwater area.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

It was wonderfully private - the residence, the beach, the pool. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like a quiet, peaceful getaway. The unit was very clean and beautiful. It's all of what you need for the comforts of a home on the beach. I plan on going again. I saw dolphins and there were many shells to collect. Also, it was nice strolling down the beach to look at all of the exclusive homes. The beach was not crowded at all. It was very peaceful.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.
